This hotel is in a very convenient location. Extensive services would be superfluous in this hotel as so much is available nearly anyway, but I liked it because it is soothing and muted - a sanctuary. My stay was very brief but I would certainly go back for longer. |

Location was good. Hotel was kept clean. Staff was generally friendly. Upon checkout, the hotel staff claimed that the room had not been paid for, and tried to double charge. This had to be sorted out at a time when my cousin had a flight to catch. A Spanish speaking friend who lives nearby came to help resolve the issue, and almost ended up paying with her own credit card. |

Location: it is located right next to a metro stop, and at 10 minutes of walking distance from downtown. Small but nice gym. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bathroom. Free wifi connection in the lobby. Wifi connection outside of the lobby is provided by the very expensive Swisscom. |

The location, cleanliness, and comfort. Having THE major department store (El Corte Ingles) and metro less than 2 minutes away. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The rate for my stay via this site was a great discount-much better than what I see posted now. The cost of internet connection. Even if the Euro and Dollar were equal, 18 euros per day/ 64 euros for 7 days is a little steep. |

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. Location near metro and within reasonable distance of main city centre was good good. (I stayed at the hotel because a conference was taking place here; for private visits it would have been above my budget, but I think it was value for money.) |
