proximity to Pacha very week air condition - you should better not stay in the room between 11am and 10pm - worst from 4pm to 9pm |

Great Stay!!!! Had the new rooms which just had been renovated and had been super satisfied - they picked us up with their Porsche Cayenne and we had a stay that was from the beginning to the end just outstanding. Great breakfast and great staff!!!!! Congratulations on the renovations - we be back shortly!!!!!! |

Nos parece el mejor hotel de Ibiza. Nos gusta todo. A lo mejor si las habitaciones fueran un poco mas grandes mejor, pero lo demas un hotel perfecto. El desayuno nos parece estupendo y muy fino. |

Nos gusta su estar tranquilo, situacion y su trato personal. Nos gusta todo incluso los desayunos que hemos leido en algun comentario que es escaso, no es así ya que en vez de sacar a morralla van sacando a medida que se va acabando. |

Ontvangst,rustig gelegen, goed bed,goede douche! Mooie kamer maar klein, te kleine badkamer, veel te duur vergeleken met andere hotels in de buurt! Geen enkele service aan het ontbijt! |

het positieve was dat het personeel uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk was dit bracht de kwaliteit in verhouding de hotel kamers zijn in werkelijk heid veel kleiner dan de brochure doet vermoeden. Op de hotel kamer liepen hier en daar mieren. het huishoudelijk personeel hield er geen rekening mee dat gasten de lift willen gebruiken de schoonmaak kar moesten wij 2 keer uit de lift halen om deze te kunnen gebruiken en regelmatig op de lift wachten omdat de dames aan het kletsen waren terwijl ze de lift deur op een andere verdieping open houden. |

El personal, incluir alquiler del coche por sólo 3 euros más. Aunque el coche era algo pequeño resultó perfecto para moverse por Ibiza. Estuvimos 3 noches y 4 días completos, el hotel se hizo cargo de los gastos del alquiler. Gracias al personal por el buen trato recibido. El restaurante estaba de obras y no pudimos probarlo ya que tiene muy buena reputación en la zona. Habia turistas que sólo venian al hotel para cenar en el restaurante. |

los tres días que he estado alojado no ha habido ascensor y me asignaron una habitación en la 4ª planta. Además la calefacción no era suficiente. |
