Hôtel propre et calme relativement proche de la ville, joli point de vue.... Hotel qui vieillit, mériterait un raffraichissement extérieur et intérieur afin de se maintenir au niveau 3 étoiles ! Variété dans les choix du petit déjeuner mais qualité médiocre jus de fruit en poudre infectes, viennoisseries congelées, fils d'attente devant la machine à café : cafe en poudre !!!! Personnels peu souriant |

Sa situation en bord de mer mais excentré par rapport aux centres d'activités et d'animation de la ville. Malgrés sa grande fréquentation hotel relativement calme Service vraiment minimum avec un personnel en sous effectif et suremployé, nettoyage plus que limite, pas de possibilité de restauration en dehors du pt dej et du diner (meme pas sandwich), pas de service le midi |

Sa situation au bord de l'eau, proximité du centre ville, la piscine Les repas, la moquette sale dans les chambres, le prix des consommations au repas et au bar. Le manque d'activité (le ping pong seule activité de l'hôtel, la table hs). |

jai aime lasituation de lhotel lapiscinelavue lebus juste enbas les draps plus petit que lematelas les oreillets qui sortent des housses toute la nuit les serviettes eponges qui nessuient pas les matelas synthetiques grattent sur la peau u conseil si vous yallez en voiture emporter drapset seriettes |

Tout, le propriétaire a changé cet hotel est tout simplement devenu un hotel 2 ou 1 étoile, un hotel "fantome"...plus de téléphone dans les chambres, pas de refrigérateur, personnel pas acceuillant, boutique à l entree fermee, pas de personnel, le "bar" pres de la piscine ne sert que des cafes (meme pas chauds) et juste des chips, aucun service, plus de concierge, plus de serviettes pour la... |

Our room had a lovely view overlooking the pool and the beach, with a sunny balcony. The bathroom was excellent with a hairdryer and good shower. It was nice to be able to have breakfast outside by the pool. We arrived early and were able to get into our room before the usual 2pm. The chambermaids seemed very hardworking. This is the second time this year we have stayed at your hotel.On both occasions we had a late night departure flight so we needed to shower but there was no lock on the door of the amenity room, and no towels on the first visit. The carpet in our room was badly stained - better to have tiles rather than carpet. No drinking glasses in the room on arrival, male receptionist sent me to the bar to request same who offered plastic glasses, eventually receptionist reluctantly agreed to organise proper glasses to be sent to room. Coffee at breakfast was very bad - please get better coffee! |

Only the location of the hotel was good I paid for HB but the food was terrible, stayed 6 nights and the food remained the same!! You should really see how they positioned the tv in the room ( The cable was not long enough so the TV was hanging down from the ceiling), no shower gels, no shampoo!! I had to pay the full amount when i arrived to the hotel ( This was the first time in my life!!) |

Overall looking, the hotel has a good value for your money. It comes with a pool and its own beach.The air conditioning worked very well. Its very difficult to get a Taxi to the hotel. We waited for 40min to find a taxi in the middle of the day to go to a beach. Make sure you rent a car or a bike if you'll stay here !!! ... I can't say that staff was friendly |

my room was seaside view room. however, front of my window, there were big palm tree, so i counldn't enjoy that much. but the location is very nice, the talamanca beach is just walking distance. And there's staff who is the one guy, he was very nice, i really impressed his service. The lift was usually not working. so it's too difficult to bring the suitcase to my room. |

The pool is very nice and the air conditioning in the rooms is a life saver when its too hot outside. The price is pretty good for the Ibiza area. The rooms are extrememly basic. Its clean but they fit single size sheets on the double beds so you sleep in a tangle of bedclothes. Breakfast is pretty average. This website indicates that the parking at the hotel is free but it actually costs 5 euros a night. |

Lovely hotel - very clean, great local staff, ideal location right on the beach in a very under-rated area of ibiza. Other staff need to help the person on reception ... sometimes it takes 10 minutes just to get your room key !! |

the location - and the room we had was of excellent size and layout for three people. The pool was in a disgusting state and only started being cleaned a day or so after we arrived - after we think some sort of inspection took place by outside parties. The tiles were in a filthy state and we decided against using it - which was a blow to my daughter. The breakfast was very basic and lacked any variety at all from day - to - day - I am just glad I did not book half-board. There was almost no fruit available - most places these days at least offer melon or grapefruit. One day our room had not been cleaned at 9 pm and they did not replace toilet rolls - and once bathroom towels - until we contacted reception. In fairness, they then dealt with this straight away. The carpet in the room was pretty filthy. Generally the hotel was not in the condition we would have thought it would be for so early in the season (17 June). It is definitely not a 3 star hotel compared with other hotels I have stayed at on Ibiza. |

Good Location but not near the city center. Relation price/quality fair for the turistic Town. Convinience store within the hotel area. Distance to city center or the popular beach. No night life or events on the swimming pool bar or hotel. But might be because I was there during the week days |

I liked the fact that the hotel was very spacious and quiet set in beautiful surroundings lying on sunbeds on grass under palm trees. Very helpful and smiley staff. The sheets were not big enough for the bed, ie single sheets on double beds and the bed covers were like rough plastic, but we did get replacement blankets which helped. |
