close to Port Aventura (5 minutes driving). Easy to find when enter the city from the highway Please make all rooms non-smoking. We lived in a room for smokers (they just did not have any others). It just stinks. |

We were very disappointed with the pool. We were shocked at the poor presentation and lack of parasols. The photo on the website is very misleading. We were also disappointed with the quality of food available in the cafe. We had driven from Switzerland and had two very tired and hungry children who could not wait till 8.30 to eat. The burgers were undercooked and we did not eat them, |

Good hotel for the price near the center of the city and easy walk to the old part of town including the ampitheatre and to the port. Room was quiet when window was closed. Room temperature was high and window opened to busy intersection. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Parking onsite was useful. Room was clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Family room with double bed (comfortable) and sofa-beds for the kids which they found uncomfortable. |

The staff was wonderful and helpful in giving directions to historic sites. The food was delicious, and the staff in the dining hall were friendly and helpful. Floors in rooms and hallways uncarpeted. I had trouble sleeping because I could hear the sounds of footsteps. A gas smell prevented us from opening the window. I would stay again, provided I have a room away from the roundabout. |

El personal de recepció molt amable quan vam arribar a les 12'30 de la nit i com vam intentar solucionar els nostres problemes. El soroll de música a l'habitació a la 1'30 de la matinada degut a una festa al pis de sota. No vam poder dormir i vam haver de deixar l'hotel en plena nit. Penso que aquesta circumstància és important que la gerencia de l'hotel intenti solucionar-la. |

Habitación confortable y situación céntrica. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Dispone de un parking muy grande por 13€ al día. La calefacción demasiado alta y no regulable desde la habitación. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana para poder respirar. |
