shopping and pool very clean all times when a problem was repported was sorted out .cleaners quite good kitchens A1 not as much variety as to years ago but good food bad smell as you go down steps to dance area and bar i think its cats pee sorry but it is it lets hotel down people walk down in there best clothes |

The meals were fine. They need heating sysytem.It's not warm at nights.We had to sleep with 2 blankets. |

El bufet de desayuno y cena estaba muy bien. Nosotros llevabamos media pensión y la comida muy variada y muy bien. Ahora tambien digo que no hay ningún control a la hora de entrar al comedor, por tanto si quieres desayunar, comer o cenar no hay ningún problema por que nadie preguntaba nada. Lo que mejor tiene es la cercania a la Playa de Las Cucharas. El sitio es bastante tranquilo, para descansar. Si quieres discotecas o salir de fiesta no es el mejor lugar de la Isla. De eso no hay nada de nada. El hotel esta muy viejo. Lo principal es que no hay ascensores. A nosotros nos puesieron en la última planta, había que subir muchas escaleras, somos jovenes y no hay problema, pero también utilizaban el hotel muchas personas mayores y estar subiendo y bajando escaleras no es muy bueno para ellos. No se como lo harán cuando vaya alguien en silla de ruedas. Necesita una reforma urgente, ponerle ascensores y reformar un poco las habitaciones. En 7 noches solo cambiaron las sábanas 1 vez. La limpieza de la habitación era mínima. Para ser de la cadena Barceló deberian cuidar un poco más la imagen, por que es bastante cutre en general. |

Lo mejor es la relación calidad precio si coges una buena oferta. Si hay otros por un precio similar no lo recomiendo. Poca limpieza, mala insonorización de las habitaciones. |

niets, nothing, nada, behalve misschien de medewerking (en het terugstorten van de betaling) bij ons snelle vertrek: gereserveerd hadden we 7 nachten, maar na 1 nacht zijn we vertrokken naar een goedkopere maar veel betere accommodatie appartement (kamer 342) zeeeeer verouderd, kapotte tegelvloer, voordeur bijna niet afsluitbaar, slecht schoongemaakt; weinigkeukenfaciliteiten, geen pannen, geen koffie/theezetmogelijkheid, koelkast functioneerde niet, slecht uitzicht vanaf klein, ingesloten balkon |
