Schöne, saubere und gut gelegene Anlage (ca. 200m zum Strand und prima Ausgangslage für Ausflüge), sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (hatten ein Apartment ohne Verpflegung gebucht), Supermarkt, Arzt um die Ecke, optimal mit Kindern, kostenloses parken direkt hinter den Apartments möglich...insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

unregelmäßige Reinigungszeiten für die Zimmer, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - wie aber wahrscheinlich in jedem spanischen Hotel

Das H10 Lanzarote Gardens ist ein typisches Familienhotel mit Apartments. Es bietet Möglichkeiten für die gesamte Familie. Die Programme sind sorgfältig geplant und durchgeführt und halten einen klaren Zeitplan mit Abend- und Nachtruhe ein.

In einem bestimmten Teil der Nachbarschaft etwa 100 Meter entfernt - den das Hotel H 10 Lanzarote Gardens nicht zu verantworten hat - geht es leider nachts manchmal laut zu.

The enclosed design of the complex was reassuring for parents of a small child. All common areas were kept very clean. The childrens entertainment was much appreciated.

The apartments would benefit from some renovation. I would have liked a DVD player and more (english) TV channels.

The staff were very friendly and pleasure to speak to. The rooms were clean, simply laid out and had everything you'd need in them and the grounds of the hotel were well looked after and cleaned on a regular basis.

It was close to the beach and local restaurants and pubs. Plenty of activities for children.

The menu for evening meals was very limited when paying for half-board. We went to local restaurants at additional expense.

The personnel is excelent, great atmosphere, the warm pool, 100 meters from the beach.

There is one day in which the apartments are not cleaned. This should change.

the view from the apartment balcony was fantastic the cleaning staff were excellent

after being out for a meal in the evening we liked to visit the hotel bar for a late night drink we found the bar to be very very quite!!!!!

De ligging en het personeel

Struttura architettonica bene inserita nell'ambiente del territorio, con appartamenti con solo 2 piani e ben attrezzato di sevizi per i clienti, che possono trovare strutture per tutti: famiglie con bambini, coppie giovani e più mature e anche per anziani. Tutta la struttura ruota intorno a un giardino con piante locali, cactus ecc. in cui è possibile usufruire di 3 piscine ben inserite nel giardino e intorno agli appartamenti. Tutti possono facilmente utilizzare le piscine che hanno a disposizione comodi lettini gratuiti per tutti gli utenti. L' equipe di animatori stimola i clienti sia con giochi diversificati per i bambini (esiste anche un giardino d'infanzia ) sia per gli adulti. Cucina molto ricca e diversificata.
