Bedrooms were so quiet you would not think there was anybody else staying in the hotel and the beds were fabulous Did not see the point of a bill being put under your door at 2 a.m. on the understanding that it was the final bill and so being classed as "speedy checkout" only to find that even though there were no further charges incurred we had to settle the bill before leaving hotel! |

The room was an upgraded room in teh off season (January) but what a great room! Spacious, very nicely appointed. Staff are all freindly and helpful, even when you call on the phone for something. Fast checkout. Fast car parking and retrieval. The food, especiallly for dinner. Very nice but a bit limited emnu, super presentation and looks on teh plate, but absolutely fast food taste. Pasta with sauces - pasta is good, sauces taste from the can. Same with salads. Ceaser salead with shrimp - only iceberg lettuce, sauce from MacDonald's salads. Not a molucle of anchovie or egg. Really simple and expensive. Go out for dinner. |

die Lage in Stadtnähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der wunderschöne Innehof mit Garten. Die besonders zuvorkommende Concierge Claudia, die uns so toll die Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt hat. Zimmergröße, grosser Schrank. Die Badeinrichtung ist unpraktisch, es gibt kaum Ablageflächen, der Vergößerungsspiegel ist für Zwerge geeignet, das Bad sah insgesamt vergammlet aus, Risse in den Fliessen der Dusche, Fgen nicht sauber, WC Sitz gesprungen, Teppichboden im Zimmer voller Flecken. |

Ubicacion tranquila (especialmente en periodo de fallas), pero a poca distancia del centro. Edificio, hall y jardines muy bonitos. Algunas habitaciones son pequeñas para ser 5 estrellas. Faltan detalles como cosas para la limpieza en el baño. 1 solo albornoz en habitacion doble, piscina es de pago. |

La habitación no dispone de amenities, cuchillas de afeitar, lustrazapatos ni cepillo de dientes, entre otros. No repusieron jabón ni gel. Las placas de mármol blanco y la alcachofa de ducha estaban muy sucias. El precio del garaje abusivo: 24 euros para el estado en el que se encontraba. |

Hotel muy bonito, amplio y sin agobios. Facilidad de aparcamiento por la noche en los alrededores. Personal de exquisita profesionalidad. El baño era precioso, de mármol, pero la falta de cortinilla o mampara hacía que fuera inevitable sufrir inundaciones que incluso se filtraban por debajo de la madera de la zona de armarios. |
