It's great for a couple of days, but not too much. The emplacement is good except for the prostitutes. Internet didn't work, the breakfast was disgusting and the air conditioning wasn't free. |

It is very close to the center, I walked to almost everywhere but the Bernabeu. The room was clean and cosy. Maybe not charge so much for air conditioning. |

The location is great. It is extremely close to Sol subway station and Plaza Mayor. Also the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The room was extremely hot. It felt like it shared a wall with an industrial kitchen. And the a/c was not included in the price, it was 6 euro/night. Also the room did not have a blow dryer. |

The location of this hotel is perfect. T I would recommend this hotel based on location and price and would stay there again for those reasons. He room was ok but the sheets did not fit the bed so they kept coming off - picky, I know but I like sheets between me and hotel matresses. The staff could be a little surly but they were ok. |

The room was clean, the size was according to the low price :-) The area is quite loud on the streets but with the window to the back the room was silent and comfortable to sleep. |

location was fantastic and rooms were clean. small but fine. the smell. they seem to clean with strong cleaners and don´t air out the room. also, the front desk staff was uneven in their ability to speak english. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for city commuting. The swipe card access was also very convenient. The bed mattress was extremely firm and there was not much sound insulation from the corridor. This was compounded by the hotel conducting maintenance works outside my room very early in the morning. The hot water supply was also very hot and cold, literally. |

At check-out, the reception calls you at noon, the checkout time. Some hostels call you at 11.30 to make sure you leave on time. - Bath gel provided only on first day... Then no more. - cardboard walls, you can hear your neighbour very loud. - there's airconditioning but at extra 6 euros per day! - extra 1 euro per day for use of safe. The hostel is overpriced! - Can booking.com please mention if room features come with extra costs!!! |

Location is very good, right in centre of Madrid Room was not clean. Found something terrible (and used) under the bed. Room was right next to the front desk so very loud. Everything bathroom, closets in pretty bad shape. |

Very central location, room (triple) clean and bright, for an inexpensive hotel, even provided some toiletries (shower gel/shampoo, soap, shoe buff, comb) Also there's a coffee machine that does coffee, tea, hot choc for e1, handy if you're ever dying for a quick caffeine fix! :) noisy, as situated on the popular Calle de la Cruz adjacent Las Heurtas. Its the price you pay for central location, i guess, but better sound-proofing could be considered. And staff not overly friendly, bar one smiley receptionist. |

the central location in Madrid the single room was very tiny ( 7 square metres ) , window behind the pillow : mind your head ! ) ; bath was clean , walls were very dirty. The bed cover looked filthy . I wll never choose a Spanish hostel again . |

The front desk people were very loud during the night making it difficult to sleep, likewise the walls are quite thin and so you can hear alot through them. the noise. |

Tijcal I is located just 20 meters from Plaza Mayor and in a pedestrian area. It is right in the city centre – close to Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral. |
Conveniently situated close to Puerta del Sol, the most popular and commercial area of the old town, the hostel provides a comfortable, central base for your stay in Madrid. |
Located in the very heart of Madrid, this charming hotel is surrounded by many of the city’s most popular attractions. A traditional and cosy hotel in the Opera area, just off Puerta del Sol. |
Situated in the heart of historic Madrid, this hostel occupies the fourth and fifth floors of an authentic building dating from the 1890s. |
