A charming small hotel, ideally located for a visit to the historic centre of Toledo. Our room had a view over the river tajo, to some historic buildings on the opposite hill. The breakfast room was comfortable, with a good range of foods (but not a cooked option). The bedroom was similarly comfortable without being overly large. Good friendly staff overall, and noticeably attentive in the breakfast room. No |

The staff were very helpful and attentive. We used the underground carpark for 12E / night. The hotel is looking over the river and an easy uphill 15 min walk into the centre of Toledo (which is a lovely place to visit - highly recommended), or if you want a bus it leaves every half-hour from right outside the hotel. Excellent continental breakfast. |

It needed tea and coffee making facilies in each room. An English speaking channel on the TV would have been good. Staff were excellent |

Easy to find; our request when booking for a garage space was honoured; old-style accommodation, but very comfortable; breakfast choices and quality; it suited our purpose at a reasonable cost. Quite a long climb from hotel into the heart of the old city, but a convenient bus service from outside the hotel to the main square mitigated this. |

Very helpful staff. Garage available (expensive) but the receptionist came out onto the street and sowed us where to park for free. Easily accessible but convenient location. |

It was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced with easy access to and from most sights within Toledo area. I think the description of how to reach the hotel using ground transportation (buses) from the Renfe could be a lot more user friendly. We spent quite a while trying to make an otherwise very short trip due to confusing directions on which buses to catch and where to transfer. |

excellent hotel and great location in the old Jewish quarter with view of the Tajo river valley. Very secure parking in a garage but also parking available on the street. Staff was wonderful and full of helpful suggestions and free maps and great directions. Wish we could have stayed longer. nothing. it was excellent. |

The garage is convenient and the lady looking after the breakfast was pleasant as was the night porter. The hotel is poor value being of a similar standard to a Travelodge. It is located (along with two other Sercohotels) in an area of Toledo that is becoming dilapidated through lack of business. The bar/snack facilties are not made available to guests. This is inconvenient as there are no nearby snack/restaurant/shop or ATM facilities. It is a hot long uphill walk to anywhere of interest. We had to walk over 1 mile to the other side of Toledo to find a functioning ATM machine. The shower fittings fell off the wall and for a business seeking international guests there are only Spanish TV stations available. |

Good, quiet location, with if you are lucky as we were, there was parking available on the street opposite. A 5 minute walk to the city centre, although all up hill. Great views of the river and the gorge. No free internet access. Breakfast was a little disappointing, as there was no bananas, although there was other fresh fruit. |

Pleasant and helpful staff; quiet, clean and comfortable room although bathroom was rather cramped. Good value breakfast. Free internet access. Situated at the outer edge of the old town but the price reflects this. Secure and reasonably priced on site garage parking. More channels on the tv than you can shake a stick at but surprisingly no Sky News, only BBC World. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, even luxurious, and within easy walking distance up a hill to the centre of Toledo. On the way there is a variety of interesting shops from which you can buy great food for lunch and there is lots of interesting Spanish architecture to see on the way. I would definitely want to stay in this hotel again. |

It was right on the tourist bus route which is very convenient. The reception staff was extreemly pleasant and helpful, describing places to see and how to get there. The room faced the river and street but was quiet. A good value for the cost. Of the several cities we visited in Spain we loved Toledo the best-so, it is not a complaint but we dfo wish we could have stayed longer. |

within walking distance of tourist sites and shopping area (for souvenirs etc), plus plenty of restaurants, although not all very close. bus available every half hour to main plaza.Hotel has a good garage.Breakfast good, cold buffet with cereals, yoghurts, hot and cold milk, tea, coffee, etc, rolls and toast available, as well as croissants, pastries, fruit and juices. A good variety. Did not have tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms. Garage was a bit expensive. |
