The location was perfect, and the hotel was very nicely done and laidout. Everything was very clean. The food from the hotel restaurant was excellent - both lunch and dinner. The only polite person we met during our total stay was the waiter in the restaurant!! Everyone else who worked in that hotel failed to say hello, or even acknowledge that we existed - including the Manager or Owner - they all made a special point of ignoring us when we passed by!! |

Helpful staff. Good view from the hotel of the old town which was a short taxi ride away (attempting to park own car in the old town not recommended!) |

the staff were incredibly friendly the views amazing- opposite the old city of Toledo- which you could walk to beautifully clean pool and terrace and both nights we ate in the hotel- try the venison or the steak and a mix of starters- fantastic- and wonderfully cheap!!!!!rooms both had terrcaes- rustic style- should be 4 star! |

The hotel was an easy 10 minute walk to the entrance to the city with a moderate incline on the way back. Great city views, clean room, excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly, however they did not have any information on the area so you are your own concierge. Nice pool area. Very quiet, we enjoyed the view and the quiet time together on our balcony. Secured parking was a big plus. Easy to maneuver our SUV to the hotel and did not have to worry about driving the narrow streets of Toledo. It was difficult to cross the busy street from the hotel (tucked away in what appeared to be an alley). A cross walk would be safer. We would have stayed longer if the hotel had information on the city, the area, day trips, etc. |

The position was very good and quiet. The restaurant was a little expensive but the the ambience was lovely and the service was terrible we had to late 30s minute to order and 45 minutes to order wince. I waiter on the whole of the restaurant and would not eat there a second night. |

The hotel was a real treat - great view over Toledo, very elegant design of the rooms, good restaurant, nice staff. Everything was just perfect. I would stay there again if I went back to Toledo - and bring my boyfriend along! Location was a bit far from the city centre - but otherwise you would not have the view over the city, right? Not a major problem, I would think - I enjoyed the walk to the city and back. |

A good looking hotel in a great spot to look across to Toledo. The rooms have balconies and are well equipped. The pool and grounds are attractive and the pool is very good. There were some comments from other reviewers about being too far from town but we found the 15 minute walk in ok and the taxi back was only 5 euros. Plenty of secure free parking. One of the rooms we had contained a shower that flooded the bathroom. |

It has a gorgeous pool and a great view overlooking the city of Toledo. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the rooms clean with great views. Its a bit far from the city (as mentioned by another reviewer) but not so far as to warrant a taxi ride. |

The food was excellent and the chef and the staff were very accommodating as we were travelling with a baby and chose to eat in our room. It was very peaceful and would be an excellent resort for couples. The scenery was beautiful. The rooms were kept spectacularly clean. As we were travelling with an infant (to a medical conference in Toledo itself) we found there were no facilities for young children except a travel cot in the room. There were no highchairs and the grounds were not pushchair friendly. Also, the restaurant was closed from 4pm until 9pm which was too late for us as a family with a small child to eat. Breakfast could have maybe been more varied - it was a little dull (continental) and maybe could have offered the choice of warm foods eg omelettes. |

This hotel was somewhat difficult to find, but it was a gem. Its price was reasonable, the rooms had a wonderful little balcony that looked over the city. It was within walking distance (but Toledo is very hilly and it is not an easy hike). This hotel was friendly and accommodating. They had one of the best breakfasts for the money of any of the places in which we stayed during our 2 weeks. We were disappointed that both nights the cafeteria was closed. |

Lovely balcony view. Out of the city which means less noise but not to far to walk. Would use this one again. Unable to get my laptop to connect to internet in my room. Reception only said sorry unable to help but on the booking form free internet available in rooms. |

The relative isolation from the heavy tourist/commercial traffic of Toledo. The view from our rooms #32 and #33 was magnificent with the Alcazar and its towers dominating the walled city. The staff was very helpful and friendly above and beyond what is expected. We wee able to walk down to Toledo with no difficulty |
