Het personeel was graag bereid om ons te woord te staan en was redelijk behulpzaam. Het is een hotel met een leuke indeling, met een centrale patio. Het tweepersoonsbed bestond uit twee eenpersoonsbedden en had harde matrassen, waar je de veren doorheen voelde. De badkamer was wel schoon maar de kitnaden waren slecht afgewerkt. |

Betere centrale ligging in Toledo is niet mogelijk, op 100m van de kathedraal. In de middeleeuwse stad is alles uiteraard op loopafstand. Het hotel is zeer geschikt voor een ieder die Toledo in een aantal dagen wil gaan verkennen. Vanaf het station (trein uit Madrid) goed bereikbaar met bus (nog 5 min lopen naar het hotel) en taxi (maar 6 euro). Prima uitvalsplek, goede service, goed standaard ontbijt, prima en zeer vriendelijk personeel. |

The staff was friendly. The room was quite basic but clean. Free use of Internet was a plus, and I liked that bags were stored in a locked room after checkout. |

Lovely small hotel. Very central near the cathedral. Staff very friendly and helfull. Breakfast not included but for 7 euro was good value for money. Very quiet for a city centre hotel and would recommend one hundred per cent |

Staff was great, gave a detailed description and drew out a walking tour on our map. Clean, comfortable and good solid 4 Star. Our room had a small terrace with a good view. Like many parts of Spain, there is construction going on in back of the hotel, but they weren't working during the weekend when we were there. |

a little hard to find. very close to cathedral and main area. hotel staff friendly. internet worked but wired only no wifi. bed was uncomfortable and the shower was very small. toilet paper is in a locked container stacked on top of each other making it almost impossible to pull. if you are looking for a place to sleep then this will work otherwise you may be able to find something else. |

Good sized double room for a single, bright and clean. It was very closely located to sites of interest. The breakfast provided was very good. The staff were helpful and some spoke English. |

It has a great location, and friendly helpful staff. They said that they would have internet available, but when I got there all the connections were broken. Internet was why I chose this hotel. |

Yes , the hotel advertised on booking.com that it had wired internet acces in each room. Technically this is correct however it did not work just like 2 other hotels in Spain they advertise internet access but somehow it just doesnt work |

Very friendly staff; great atmosphere (being a rennovated hotel in the old part of Toledo). We loved it. I wish they had posted their price for breakfast before we ate there our first morning (it was good, typical European fare, but 14 euros a head was way too much). |

great location, i had lots of fun driving there on the very small streets. could not be so funny if you cannot start your car on a (steep) ramp and take tight turns :) parking is 100 meters away by foot, but 1 km away by car. |

Excellent quiet room with roof top view of Cathedral and Alcazar. Location. Friendly staff, some English speaking. Good continental breakfast. Satellite tv in room with limited range of channels. No fridge in room. No secure parking. |

Está muy bien siruado , justo al lado de la Catedral. Reservamos 5 habitaciones y todas eran muy espaciosas...alguna de ellas muy pero que muy grande. La atención del personal muy correcta y siempre muy atentos. |

Que está prácticamente contiguo a la Catedral... desde la habitación había una vista inmejorable de la Catedral y al Alcázar Quizá lo escaso del personal, aunque estaban muy dispuestos a ayudar en lo que fuera. |

La habitacion con terraza probablemente sea la habitacion de hotel con una vista mas privilegiada de toledo Lo unico malo del hotel es que es practicamente imposible aparcar cerca. Si llegas hasta la puerta del hotel con el coche mas vale que no sea un todo terreno o un coupe ancho porque la misma calle al final tiene un paso estrecho por el que no caben los coches grandes, habria que ir marcha atras por toda la ciudad con el caos que supodria, y cuesta arriba, |

Está a menos de 5 minutos de la Catedral, es un Hotel genial para quien no quiera perder tiempo moviendose por la Ciudad Está bien, pero quizás un poquito caro para lo que ofrece. El desayuno podía estar mejor |

Las habitaciones normalitas, amplias pero normales, se podría volver al hotel, en futuras visitas por Toledo.Lo mejor es la situación del hotel, en la misma catedral de Toledo.el personal de la recepción muy atento y simpático. |
