The breakfast was acceptable The air conditioning did not work, ventilation was poor, the staff was unhelpful, the bathroom grout was covered with mold all over. It was a very poor value for exorbitant rates. |

Rooms were very well maintained and cleaned; free wi fi connection enabled to do also useful things, like on line check-in: I didn't find such this solution in other hotels. Hotel position was quite far from the city center (it's 20 minutes walking but it seems more), therefore you often need bus, taxi or your own car to join it. |

Toledo is an ideal stay over in transit from Santander to Costa del Sol. Hotel is a good walk from very interesting old city. Major road works outside Hotel made access very difficult |

Comfortable room. Very hard to find. Major road reconstruction meant that hotel directions and signage led to an impossible route. |

The design , comfort, and service were good. The location was not the best. There was alot of road construction taking place which made access , particularly at night difficult. |

Everything was ok. The staff, though not excessively friendly, is polite and helpful. They offer parking at a moderate price, which is a big plus, since Toledo is very hard to visit by car and does not offer very many parking spots. It was a bit far from the city centre, but the bus down the street takes you there in about 10 minutes. |

Top class hotel at sensible price, swimming pool was very welcome! Organised a cot for us despite us not requesting it when booking. The road that the hotel is on was closed for works in the direction that the existing signposts took us. However the reception gave good directions to get there once contacted by phone. |

The hotel was new and finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was good. Very good value for money. Difficult to find even with satnav. Understaffed at reception (only 1 person on duty). Not really pet friendly because there are no gardens - but there is a park across the road - so we couldn't sit out (on a terrace for example) with our dog. The small swimming pool was accessed via 2 flights of concrete steps so no use for anyone with mobility problems. |

This hotel was on the outskirts of the city, but it was easy to get to the centre by bus. An excellent breakfast! The hotel had a pool, but it did not open until midday, and I would have liked a swim in the morning. |

the hotel was of high quality. it also had a good view of toledo from the window, the staff were friednly and they had free wifi and computer internet acssess. the pool was quite small (not great for a family but perfect for me and my girl friend when we wanted to cool off) it was a bit of a walk to old town toledo , and its quite a steep gradient so probably not that great if you cannot walk very far. took us about 15/20mins to get into town, but it was an ok walk. also please be aware that the pool closes mid september (it said so on a letter they gave us) |

Good free wifi Given the bums rush at breakfast. Signed in then was told they were closing. All food was then quickly removed. Pool opens at noon which was not good as it was 40"C in the A.M. and we chose this hotel because of the pool... |

The room was very nice and staff helpful and everything was very clean. As a vegetarian it was difficult to get the catering staff to prepare something for me to eat and the hotel is too far out of town and too hot to go into town to eat in the evening. I repeatedly told the catering staff that I do not eat meat and very little fish and I still got chicken delivered! I think this is terrible!I stayed at a hotel in Ciudad Real where everyone carefully helped me to eat local vegatarian specialities and local wines and I would certainly return there. |

good moden hotel, nice breakfast, comfortable room. We took advantage of the cupid offer, bed/breakfast and dinner with a bottle of cava thrown in, dinner booked for 2100hrs, the cava delivered to the room on ice at 2000hrs, so far so good, the big let down was the dinner, the worst I have ever had in a hotel in Spain. the choice was two starters, one hot one cold, two main course one fish one meat and two sweets both cake followed by the worst coffee ever. nice hotel, dont eat dinner there. |
