Location close enough to old city to be walkable. Wonderful old building. Staff helpful. Secure car parking. Lack of resturant or bar facilities due to being a Sunday off season was frustrating. |

The overall attentiveness of the staff, the excellent service and wonderful food in the restaurant -hot food served on HOT plates! Relaxed buffet breakfast with no restraints, a most enjoyable two night stop - to see some of the beauty of Toledo old town. |

Ambiance of the hotel is wonderful as is the restaurant. This is my fourth visit to the Maria Cristina. Arrived Sunday afternoon, cafeteria and bar closed early, no room service and the restaurant was closed. I have just posted a letter complaining of their lack of customer services. |

Building with style, rooms are large and cozy, parking is easy (even free if you find place in front of the hotel), close to the old town. |

A hotel and room full of character, well presented and comfortable. The general ambience was good and it was located convenently. The room was in the atic and was quite warm even with the airconditioning on - not uncomfortable but not cool on a baking day. |

I really liked the unordinary appearance of the hotel´s building. It gives you a feeling like being in a castle - really nice, especially if you think of the genius loci of the city of Toledo. The equipment of the room was a bit poor and old, but not a big deal and we also had the penthouse room which I think is the cheapest. |

Good hotel Reception staff friendly A la carte restaurant provides good food. Our best meal was sitting at the table outside the restaurant. This felt very special and was more spacious than the small dining table otherwise provided There didn't seem to be a bar, There was therefore a tendency to wait for ages for any attention. I feel that the main source for regular revenue is a visiting coach party and so the A la carte service is underplayed. The food is very good and I think there should be a greater emphasis on this. There seemed to be very little communication between the restaurant and reception staff. The patio outside has no where to sit |

Close to the old town with safe parking. The rooms over looked a quiet courtyard so there was no street noise. 9€ was too much for breakfast. No one serving. It seemed to be breads and boiled eggs in a bowl. I like bacon and fried eggs for 9€. |

We only had one day to spend in Toledo, and the Maria Cristina was the perfect location. Since we had a rental car, our choice was based on parking availability and a location outside the narrow, winding streets of the city center. It was an easy and interesting stroll into the city on foot. |

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was good value for money. Good location if you are happy for short walk to restaurants. Old town 10 mins walk uphill but actually found it nice to be slightly out of the main centre as it meant it was quieter. The reception staff should concentrate on the people they are checking in - it took a long time as the one person on the front desk was answering the phone, etc. Breakfast was disappointing. Motorcycle parking should be free. |

the fact that it was close to the centre was a bonus the fact that the hotel had no facilities for room service or to be able to get even a cup of tea at 4 in the afternoon we were told to go across the road to a bar as the hotel cafe bar was closed. |

The Eurostars Toledo is located close to the commercial centre of Toledo – one of Spain’s most historic and picturesque cities. |
Set in one of Toledo’s most privileged locations, in the heart of the historic Jewish Quarter, this hotel is housed in a renovated building dating back to the 17th century. |
Its location, just in front of the bus terminal, 200 metres from Puerta de Bisagra and not far form the AVE train station, makes it one of the best located hotels in Toledo. |
This hotel is set in a historic building located between Toledo’s ancient city centre and the quiet, natural area around the River Tajo. |
