The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was served for a longer period than most hotels so you didn't feel rushed in the morning. |

Good location, and a serviceable breakfast. Car parking is difficult anywhere in Toledo: remember to park in ther _orange_ bays, not the green ones, and that the time spent hunting for parking permit machines is never wasted! |

It was a great hotel. Parking right outside the door at the weekend, for free, friendliest staff I"ve come across in Spain, lovely room, good price and good enough breakfast. Close to Puerto Del Sol - five minutes walk, and then another few minutes to the sights. |

We only stayed one night, but it was in a good location - in a walking distance to the city center. Also close parking. The walls were too thin, could hear everything from the next room. |

The welcome was excellent - efficient and hospitable. The service was good as they provided two plugs for sink and bath within minutes of asking. They provided good infornation about Toledo which helped us orientate ourselves. I was impressed that they put an extra pillow in our room without us having to ask, on seeing a rolled up blanket. Bathroom was spotless. The smell of smoke in the room as we arrived. |

If you are traveling by train, this is one of the closest hotels to the station; about a 20 minute walk across the river. The center of Toledo where Plaza Zocodover and the other sights are located is a 15-minute walk uphill. If you are a walker and you pick another hotel that is near these sights, you will be dragging your luggage uphill 15 minutes to get to your hotel. There was no air conditioning. The “balcony” was a small 1-foot-wide extension outside the window. There was a phone in the room, but the dialing buttons only produced rotary-dial clicks so it would not work with our calling card. The front desk was not able to make the call either, so we ended up at a phone booth at the small plaza down the street. |
