Really great hotel, certainly a 5 star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. Its an old palace converted into a super-modern hotel. The front desk was really nice and gave us a room 403 which was on the top floor over looking the city and the mountains. This hotel is inside the walled city of Toledo and getting up to it can be a bit tricky. You have to be very cautious driving through narrow uphill cobble-stoned roads and follow the sign to this hotel. Once there they have valet who can park the car for you. 2 minute walk would get you to the center of the town. Restaurants are fairly inexpensive compared to the bigger cities.

Would be nice to have a pool or Sauna at this place.

Good location, lovely rooms and the hotel was of a very high quality. Staff were, on the whole, very good.

No "proper" bar, hotel shold have included instructions on how to get there - as it is through pedestrianised streets.

We were lucky because we managed to get a parking space in the garage but it is a very small facility. There seems to be a public parking not very far from the hotel.

Hotel has a very good location and is very well furnished, with friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful, classy, and comfortable. The location is great and within easy walking distance to everything. You won't go wrong with this choice.

Very conveniently located in the historical centre of Toledo, parking just round the corner garage. Elegant ambience, cosy room.

Very poor brakfast - absolutely unacceptable fo 5-star hotel. So called buffet was situated in the lobby!!!, poor choice of milk products, no warm dishes (eggs, sausages) - only on demand and personnel was surprised if we asked for. The waiters almost do not understand English in the restaurant, only front-desk personnel was good in English.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were well furnished; especially nice bathrooms and everything spotlessly clean. Room service was very fast. Next time I'll eat at the hotel.

They have wifi in the hotel but I would have appreciated a business center with computers. Not everyone carries a laptop these days because of weight allowances and long security lines at airports.

El personal que atiende en el spa y el spa en si, es impresionante, de un nivel excelente.

No merece decir nada que no gusto, pero si hay algo a decir , el desayuno algo flojito por ser un 5 estrellas.

El hotel, las habitaciones y el spa son espectaculares

Lo escogimos para nuestra noche de bodas porque nos parecia espectacular. Salimos decepcionados. Era nuestra noche de bodas y no tuvimos ningun detalle en la habitacion y como por error habia un regalo para otra pareja de novios (que da la casualidad que les conociamos) tuvimos que llamar a recepcion y esperar como dos tontos para que se lo llevaran. He trabajado en hoteles en Toledo y Madrid durante 8 años y creo que no es de recibo para un hotel de esta categoria. En los cuatro hoteles de nuestra luna de miel que eran de menos categoria que este nos han puesto desde cava hasta bombones. Las estrellas se ganan por los detalles y este hotel, al menos en nuestro caso y en una noche tan especial.....no se ha ganado las que tiene
