Location is in the old city, closed to the cathedral. Room is basic but clean and comfortable. I was able to get a good night sleep which was quite important to me. Wifi worked in my room so I was able to plan my next trip. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to answer my questions. Wall is thin. I could hear noise coming from next door. But this is quite common even in four-star hotels that I have been to in Spain. The important thing, it was quiet after midnite. |

The location was perfect to see the sights of Toledo. Staff was very helpful, especially Eduardo. He treated with kindness and respect and was a wealth of information about his city. |

Central location, walking distance to cathedral, parking under hotel. Breakfast not included and charged too much. We ate elsewhere. |

The hotel was excellently and tastefully modernised within in an old building in the old part of Toledo near to the Cathedral and within walking distance of the whole of the old town Some might not like the fact that there was no bar or restaurant (except breakfast which we did not have ) but we enjoyed eating and drinking out in the lovely squares. |

Brilliant hotel, an old building completely refurbished, very comfortable, with amazing views of the city. Surprised it was only ranked as a 2-star (should be 3-star). The breakfast on offer was a bit poor. Also - could think about using their roof terrace as a cafeteria - the view is fantastic but there's no facilities there. |

The rooftop terrace is excellent and the location is quite good, within walking distance to all the sigthts, it is located in the old section of town. The parking garage was a nightmare to get into and out of due to the incline of the driveway. We eventually got the car parked but it was a hassle, they had another parking lot across the street which would have been easier to park in but they didn't tell us about it. |

Great location and within walking distance of everything. Taxi takes you to front door. Would advise not trying to find on your own. Everything in progess of being restored to orginal materials. Breakfast very much lacking. Need to update the offerings and include in price of lodging. |

The Hotel is located right in the heart of historic Toledo, less than a 2 minute walk from the Cathedral. The room was clean, and quiet, with a window that opened. We had a real double bed, which was a treat (none of this business with two twin beds side by side) Check out the hotel's terrace up on the 3rd floor - great view of the city and cathedral at night. Parking was available for 10e, but was extremely tight and only suitable to small cars - driving in history Toledo itself was also very challenging as roads are extremely narrow with buildings on both sides. The reception staff insisted on holding onto our passport for "a few minutes" while we brought our things to our room - sketchy, as they seemed careless with other people's passports (leaving them sitting on the reception counter unattended, etc). Also not a lot of good restaurants right nearby, but staff recommended a few places a 5 minute walk away. |

Excellent restoration of the old convent in the heart of the old town. Pleasant room with great views from the rooftop. No hair dryer or tissues and the lighting in the room was poor. |

excellent location, presentation and physical amenity of the hotel. Our 'superior; room was very spacious, well furnished and the beds were most comfortable. The hotel reflects the history of Toledo and we found this most interesting and pleasing. |

The air-conditioning unit in my room did not work. The breakfast, advertised as 'Continental' was very poor - 1 slice of toast, 1 cake and 1 biscuit! There were 13 people in my party and none of them had breakfast in the hotel the 2nd morning. |
