Almost everything - the hotel had a 300 guest wedding on the Saturday evening so everything else seemed to stop. We booked the hotel for our wedding anniversary. A la carte dinner was included in the room rate in the Vitruvio Restaurant. However the restaurant was closed due to the wedding and dinner was served as a rather unsavoury looking buffet in a downstairs basement room. We complained to reception and were given a nominal amount off our room rate to compensate. Also, the hotel bar closed at 20.30 due to the wedding. We suggested that they should not take other bookings when weddings are being held - as they obviously cannot cope with two types of guest. Also, the hotel pool was overtaken by flies, so not very relaxing. |

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, only one lady at reception spoke good English but all the staff tried their hardest - nothing was too much effort for them. The beds were really comfy, the rooms spotless and the pool area was kept really clean too. It's location - it's a good 10 minute taxi ride to the beach/shops and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do near it. We went half board, the breakfast was ok, pretty basic but fine however the dinner is a set course with three options for each - the staff tried their best to explain what they were in English but generally it was pot luck what we got! Food was usually warm and a little bland but edible - got the sense from the other diners that nobody else was half board. Many Spanish seem to go there for dinner who are not staying at the hotel so presume the other courses must be better! |

this hotel is more a 3 stars hotel, rather than a 4 stars. air conditioner was not working properly, beds are not so ok (for a 4 stars rating), it is too far away from la manga and beaches |

Hotellet liger långt från stad/samhälle och urvalet av matställen blev således mycket dåligt. En pub och restaurang på andra sidan vägen blev räddningen. Dett fanns restaurang på hotellet men ingen var där och åt. |

Las instalaciones son inmejorables y el servicio es realmente profesional. Muy tranquilo , accesible y comodo si te mueves por esa zona de Murcia (S.Pedro Pinatar-Cartagena). Los alrededores estan muy despoblados fuera de la temporada veraniega y se hace incluso dificil encontrar un restaurante distinto al propio del hotel. |

Realmente increible que una inversión de ese calibre se heche a perder por no gastar un poco en personal, parecia el hotel fantasma en la mitad del desierto, imposible conseguir nada, ni un periodico, una cerveza, alguien que te explique lo del Spa... |

La verdad es que no destacaría nada en concreto porque me ha gustado mucho. El personal es muy atento y la habitación muy cómoda y muy amplia. Quizá la única pega que le he encontrado es su ubicación: queda un poco alejado del pueblo y se necesita coche para poder desplazarse. |

El diseño del hotel esta muy bien, las habitaciones amplias e instalaciones y spa muy bien. Las moscas, mosquitos y el olor que hay alrededor del hotel pero en eso no creo q puedan hacer nada, y tb que alomejor esta un poco incomunicado tienes que ir siempre en coche a todos lados |

Todo lo que utilizamos estaba en horden y correcto como debe de ser y el personal amable y correcto. La lastima fue que no tuvimos tiempo de hutilizar las buenas histalaciones que tiene. |

La decoracion es preciosa.En el Spa no estuvimos por falta de tiempo pero el gimnasio muy bien.En gral todo muy bien la piscina esta muy bonita.Y la gente del hotel muy amable. Lo unico que no me gusto fueron las moscas que hay en la piscina pero eso es inevitable no es problema del hotel.Es Problema de la zona.Por lo demas genial todo. |
