The staff were friendly , the hotel was well maintained and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed , the option of 2 swimming pools was excellent. The roof pool would be for adults only. The choice of main meal at dinner time needs more variety. The queues at meal times became very long . I would allocate times in the dining area i.e. 7-8 , 8-9 , 9-10 etc. |

I found the hotel to be very clean , with a nice balcony and the best breakfast choice I've had in a hotel for many years. |

Very clean and modern, very quiet no rowdy tourists, excellent location. The food isn't very good - e.g. powdered orange juice - should be fresh in Spain. No English TV in the rooms - all German, Spanish etc. |

Clean and spacious rooms. Views from balcony. Spread at breakfast. Lifts are a bit slow and manning of counters in lobby relatively sparse. |

Room was comfortable Queueing to get into breakfast room was awful-wasn't enough staff to seat people- we queued 10 minutes;inadequate in a 4 star hotel.Gym should be advertised as a weights room not a gym-misleading.A disgraceful courtesy area was provided for guests who had checked out early but needed to freshen up before departing. We had to use the common outdoor toilet/shower area downstairs by the pool.We had to drag heavy luggage down the stairs (no lift) in full view of people dining in the restaurant facing us.Room was poorly ventilated, one shower light didnt work, the other was hanging hazardously from the roof.Alternative was paying for late check out-how about being less miserable and allocating one guest room for all to share for freshening up in? |

Pleasant room and excellent balcony with sea view (paid for as extra). The rooms were cleaned well and the reception staff were helpful. Lovely cool foyer area. Breakfast is chaotic. If you can, book just room only and eat at good cafes nearby. Internet use is quite expensive and there is quite a lot of external noise when you sit on the balcony. |

I liked comfort in the room, facilities on the roof (swimming pool etc), relatively close location to the beach. |

The swimming Pool area was very nice, My family and I enjoyed being at the pool. There was not alot of entertainment on the evening. I chose Hotel cervantes as it had the childrens Bee Club, However its from 4 years up and my daughter was 2 1/2 yrs old. So she could not go. When you wanted to make a complaint the hotel staff didnt really seem that bothered, and didnt follow up your complaints. It was extreamly over priced as well. 5euros for an ice lolly!!! We would go over the road to the shoap to buy soft drinks crisps and ice lollies through out the day. |

Not enough personnel working. Waited in line 15 minutes to get my key. Two of the four elevators not working. Walls too thin. Fifty minutes before breakfast ended, waiting line out the door. Was not satisfied in any way. |

Close to the beach. Recently renovated Not enough elevators for this kind of hotel(really disapointing). Bar service, we had to wait too long so went outside to have some lunch. |

Breakfast was nice. We had airco in our room and that was crucial. Breakfast hours; from 7 to 10 was a bit early in my opinion. Staff were bad at English, people in Spain keep speaking in Spanish at you even though it's obvious you don't have a clue what they're saying. Dinner's variety was decent, but it didn't tasted all good. |

The proximity to the beach and shopping district is excellent - double rooms are spacious. There are several items that I did not like and are a deterent against returning again 1. Reception Staff and staff in general - very un friendly and in different, un helpful and barely carry out their function within their positions. 2. 2 lifts out of order for 2 days - waits of up to 10 mins and more for a lift, 3 breakfast is a circus - no organisation. 4. safe in room did not work, reported to reception, nothing actioned in regards to repairing it or offering additional facilities. 5. internet kiosk in lobby has been out of order for 4 weeks, the hotel advertises internet, business service, yet they refuse to fix the internet point in the lobby - cruicial for all guests to check-in on line for flights etc |

Boasting stunning sea views, this well-equipped beachfront complex in Torremolinos has an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a superb entertainment programme. |
Enjoying a tranquil position just off Torremolinos' popular beach - this hotel has a great pool set in tropical gardens and a buffet restaurant. Admire mountain or sea views from your private balcony. |
In the very heart of the Costa del Sol, the Roc Hotel Lago Rojo is located in La Carihuela, the picturesque old fishing district of Torremolinos. |
Ideally located on the Costa del Sol coastline near the beach and the Torrequebrada golf course, these smart apartments have use of an outdoor pool and gym. |
