The position of hotel was good and the staff most helpful and friendly The only major complaint was the comfort of the beds in the rooms. I found them too hard (like in China) where I travel a great deal.My suggestion is you compare with other international groups such as Melia, Hilton, Ramada, Westin etc. Beds have changed now and it is no more true that very hard beds are good for your back. I genuinely found them foar too hard and did not sleep very well as a result. I think you should ofer an option of softer matresses and also better pillows. Spain gets Millions of foreign tourists from the likes of UK USA, Germany etc and should look at offering feather pillows not the narrow polyester ones available presently. |

Did not like the style. Probably good if you want to be close to a beach and take a family vacation. Not romantic at all... |

Whish a bit more service minded staff in reception, and that pool area was not closed for service 2 out of 4 days. |

The cleanliness and the nice halls, restaurants, lounges The old lady at the reception is the worst and most unfriendly person I did meet in all my life. She was completely unfriendly and once also nicely answered "What do you want ?" in a very non-educated way to me. If she represents the hotel, she might reconsider her career and work at the desk of a cheap fast food. |

Friendly and helpful staff, good location not too far from the beach. The room (twin bed) was fine enough same as the view on the sea. Variety of drinks in hotel bar for acceptabe price. The concern that it is better to hand the customer three brouchures than none at all but I believe it's common to most services these days. |

very close to torremilinos front line staff could be more friendly. Receptionist mad error with my charges at checkin as she was not paying full attention to my confirmation print out and initally i was over charged , but it was quickly corrected. Balcony door did not lock. I got impression it was broken for some time , so they quickly gave me a different room. I paid for a double room but the first room was two twin beds pushed together. My new room had the double bed. Staff should pay more attention to the reservation I had made to avoid all this. |

The situation of the hotel being in the middle of Torremolinos and still just a few minutes from the beach was absolutely fantastic. Decor was fab and, eventhough it is in middle of town there is no noise at night. Beds though hard were very comfortable. Overall very impressed. |

The staff were friendly , the hotel was well maintained and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed , the option of 2 swimming pools was excellent. The roof pool would be for adults only. The choice of main meal at dinner time needs more variety. The queues at meal times became very long . I would allocate times in the dining area i.e. 7-8 , 8-9 , 9-10 etc. |

Very clean and modern, very quiet no rowdy tourists, excellent location. The food isn't very good - e.g. powdered orange juice - should be fresh in Spain. No English TV in the rooms - all German, Spanish etc. |

Clean and spacious rooms. Views from balcony. Spread at breakfast. Lifts are a bit slow and manning of counters in lobby relatively sparse. |

In the very heart of the Costa del Sol, the Roc Hotel Lago Rojo is located in La Carihuela, the picturesque old fishing district of Torremolinos. |
This deluxe property offers both hotel rooms and studios overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, as well as fantastic beach club and outdoor swimming pool. |
In a traditional Andalusian-style building, in the quieter Carihuela district of Torremolinos, less than 50 metres from the beach, this charming, quirky hotel is unique to the area. |
Set overlooking the sea, the Sol Don Marco hotel is situated in Torremolinos, on the Costa del Sol, Andalusia. It is the ideal place for a fun-filled holiday in the sun. |
