Balcony overlooking the pools. The pools were good. A free Wi-Fi internet connection available in the reception area. The apartment was looking tired and in need of renovation to bring it uptodate. The pools suffered from a shortage of sunbeds, which was annoying. Staff at the bar were lazy. Not being able to access the free Wi-Fi internet connection from anywhere other than the reception area. |

The space was good with plenty of room in bedrooms, the living area and the bathroom. The location was also good, 15 minutes walk from the beach or 15 minutes in a free shuttle bus. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the room. It felt poor for the amount paid - dirty, very dated and the air conditioning and fridge were apalling - they only operated when occupants were in the room and therefore food would not keep fresh during the day and the rooms were also far too warm at night. The dishes that were available for use were also sub-standard and had to be re-washed before they could be used the first time. |

Asolutley nothing about the Hotel but there is a good Argentinian Restaurant round the corner that does great steaks which is worth going to. Not a 4* Hotel, lucky if it is 2*. Far too expensive for what you get. The food was crap and covered with flies, the bacon was just under cooked fat. Staff not very helpfull, apart from the woman at reception. Entertainment....lol. You can find better 3* Hotels for less....keep looking |

Hotel was big and reception was nice. Pools were a good size. Stayed in an apartment - clean for the most part although the fridge kept leaking at the bottom and this made the floor and our shoes very sticky. Air conditioning was extremly noisy and did not work. we complained as did other family member sin another apartment but nothing was done and we therefore did not spend alot of time in the room as it was so hot. This also made sleeping very difficult at night, |

The apartment was pretty basic and not at all the 4 star standard we were expecting. I would rate it more at 2/3 stars.The hotel seemed dated and the furniture inside the apartment was not great either. There was no kettle or toaster or grill, this would be a problem if you were staying for a week with kids. Bathroom was basic too. Absolutely nothing,there is no way this should be classed as a four star hotel. The fact that the food was disgusting ,the bar was under staffed and it took half an hour to get served there were no where near enough sunbeds at the pool the gym and sauna were padlocked the whole of our stayand the entertainment was pathetic |

The room was very clean. The food selection was first class. The atitude of all the staff was excellent. The swimming pools were very good. The free bus service to the beach and town is a godsend. To sumarise the El Pinar offers excellent value for money. The evening entertainment was nothing special but then you cannot expect top performers at the price that you pay for the room. |

The food was great and had a free shuttle service to the beach and centre of town, even though it was just a 10 minutes walk. The gym was not open. |

A comfortable appartment, big space, good environment, easy parking, friendly personnel not easy enough to find the car entrance to the appartment zone. I would recommend to issue the the scheme of driving. |

Nice size rooms. Short walk to beach. Quiet area. Large swimming pools. Nice buffet breakfast included in price. Could see the sea from our 11th floor room. The sauna and gym are closed for repairs and this was not mentioned when I called the hotel to ask about the sauna nor on thier web site. Not how I imagine a 4 star hotel but still nice. |

Good size rooms - but I can't see why this hotel is rated 4 Star. The breakfast was terrible, the worst we have ever had, no fridge in the rooms, beds where a bit uncomfortable. Definitely not up to the standard of a 4 Star hotel. |

Hotel was too far away from nightlife, pubs etc, spent a fortune on taxi fares. It would be well worth paying extra for a hotel to be more central. |

La habitación es muy amplia con camas grandes, los camareros son muy amables y las camareras de piso también. No disponian de internet en la habitación como ponia en la web, solo en el hall. La decoración antigua y en algunos casos ya deteriorada; pintura con arañazos, paredes con manchas de agua y polvo en algunos sitios. |

No me ha gustado nada en particular del hotel. Mi habitación estaba muy sucia, parecía como si solamente hubiesen cambiado las sábanas y toallas. Desayuno con productos de muy baja calidad. |

Hotel con 3 piscine, golf, ping pong, tennis e altri sport. Gli appartamenti non corrispondono nel modo più assoluto ad un Hotel a 4 stelle; servizi igienici da dimenticare e 3°/4° letto da non commentare! Merita 1 o 2 stelle. |

tiene un autobús gratis que te deja en torremolinos y en la playa del bajondillo, los niños tienen muchas actividades para divertirse, tiene una tiendecita muy completa en el mismo hotel. El personal es estupendo desde recepcionistas, limpiadoras, animadores, camareros, etc. Nosotros fuimos al apartamento, no sé cómo serán las habitaciones pero el apartamento tenía el mobiliario algo viejo. El trenecillo está a más de 100 metros. |

Las instalaciones son amplias y nos tocó una habitación con espectaculares vistas sobre Málaga Necesita una profunda reforma, la calidad del bufet podría mejorar y la limpieza en zonas comunes debería mejorar también. |
