Zamestnanci recepcie boli veľmi milí a ochotní. Strava bola vynikajúca.

I cannot think of any redeeming features about our visit to this hotel! They do not have any respect for their non-Spanish clients and their attitude is appalling! We will not be going back!

Abusive staff;on our first morning we had to wait for a half an hour to get into the dining room due to the huge crowd waiting to be seated.When we did eventually manage to sit down to eat the 'breakfast' we were shouted at and verbally abused by the restaurant manager who told us to get out as he had to prepare the tables for lunch!! The rest of the staff were equally horrible.The receptionist either couldnt or wouldt speak english and we had to move rooms at midnight on the second day due to a blocked toilet which the 'technician' was supposed to have fixed earlier.Why were we put into a sub-standard room when there were newly refurbished rooms just down the corridor?The 'entertainment' was pathetic and the location v poor.Horrible place!

food was only luke warm, had room with no window, bed was 2 single beds pushed together, always qs for food and lifts

To be very honest I was completely disappointed with the hotel in all aspects. I would not recommend this hotel too my worst enemie. I travel to Malaga on a regular basis and have always had great experiences with hotels, but this hotel has too be the worst hotel around. The only thing the hotel has going for it is its location.

The staff on reception were very rude and dismissive when you had a problem. There was no iron or facilities in the room, which we were not notified about and couldnt even read on the wall as there was nothing in the room given in english nor was there a welcome pack in the room on arrival either to state where everything in the hotel was based and the available meal times. The staff told me when I enquired about how would I iron my clothes "I dont know, buy one", 3 star standard or not this hotel acted as a 1 star hotel. The pool side bar was a disgrace, on arrival we asked for two chicken burgers while waiting for our room at 3pm when check in was at 2pm, however we were handed two hamburgers and told, "we have no chicken left" a disgrace

I choose the hotel due it`s situation next to the sea and the price. Travelling alone so I was glad that I got double room for the price of a single. Had a sea view which was a big plus! Clean hotel with it`s own pool area. Great value for money!

Hard beds.

We stayed at the parasol garden hotel over the may bank holiday weekend. We had the most relaxing and romantic break. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were lovely, pool was perfect especially as there was no rush for sun loungers in the mornings they were available all day which was great.

Lo mejor lo cerca que estaba de la playa, y el buffet que tambien era muy bueno. la piscina y el jardín también estaban muy bien cuidados.

Lo único que no me ha gustado es que el servicio de habitaciones en cuanto a la limpieza es un poco malo, el primer dia estaba todo limpio aunque las almohadas no olian muy bien, pero cuando entraron a limpiar solo nos hicieron la cama pero sin cambiar las sabanas, ni siquiera nos pusieron las colchas de las camas.No cambiaron las toallas,y ni siquiera barrieron.

Goed, simpel hotel. Ontbijt en dinerbuffet goed verzorgd, volop keuze.

Aan de balie werden we hartelijk ontvangen en uitvoerig ingelicht over vervoermogelijkheden en andere praktische zaken.

Lo que más me ha gustado del hotel es que está muy cerca de la playa. También que la media pensión puedes elegir cena o comida.

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que el parking del hotel es insuficiente, aunque al menos en septiembre no hay problema de aparcamiento en esa zona.

Situación con respecto a la playa.

Trato de algunos camareros del buffet, las habitaciones y los baños necesitan una reforma urgente, carencia de garage, la variedad y la calidad de la comida deja bastante que desear, cobrar a la entrada en el hotel el importe total de la cuantía de la estancia............

Estar muito perto do mar,ser economico e lá ter estado no ano anterior.

Este ano não foi tão tranquilo como no passado ano,pois ao lado do meu quarto estavam jovens espanhões,que fizeram muito barulho até as 4 horas da madrugada,por volta das 2,30m fui a recepção reclamar e disseram que não podiam fazer nada a não ser pedir para fazerem menos barulho,isto continou por varios dias,quem esta de farias tambem quer tranquilidades,depois da 24 horas não e admissivel.
