Great location only a couple of minutes from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated, but perfectly comfortable. The food in the restaurants was not that great - there are plenty of other restaurants outside the hotel, which tend to be cheaper as well. |

All of the staff I interacted with were nice, pleasant, friendly people. It is close to the beach. How does this get 4 stars? I'm not sure this building deserves 3 stars. The hotel is tired and worn out. |

I liked the hotel. It has a very spacious restaurant and the buffet was alright. They also have an Italian corner built into the restaurant which incidentally I did not realize until I had finished my buffet meal. There were Italian dishes you could choose from. This section is adjacent to the main buffet.Pity we were not aware of it until we had finished our buffet dinner!! I did not like that there was not any serrano ham or queso manchego (typical of 4 stars hotels on the Costa) and also no Paella on the buffet which we look forward to tasting whenever we go to Spain. Although the food was good , we have had more variety in other Spanish 4 star hotels. |

las atenciones de los enpleados,las instalaciones,y un ,100% X 100% las habitaciones,todos los detalles. los ascensores , muy pocos y muy lentos ,para cantidadad de gente que tiene el hotel en estas fechas, que es tenporada baja. |

今回のバカンスでセビージャ・グラナダ・トリモリノスと３件のホテルに泊まりました。このホテルが1番高か- ったのですが、他と比べて特に良かったとは思いません。ビーチ沿いには同じ様なホテルが沢山あるので、次回- は違うホテルにすると思います。部屋・朝食・スタッフの対応、どれをとっても特に可もなく不可もなくといっ- たところです。 |

Excelente ubicación. Personal agradable y profesional. En el buffet simepre habia de todo y reponían constantemente. Solo 1 microondas en el comedor para calentar papillas con tantas familias con niños es poco. La "hora punta" en los ascensores (solo 3) provocaba largas esperas. |

Los distintos salones y la salida a la playa. No me ha gustado el cuarto de baño, el inodoro era muy antiguo. La entrada principal estaba siempre repleta de coches, impidiendo el paso. |

Está junto al paso marítimo. Las piscinas limpias y no saturadas. Hotel bastante tranquilo. La limpieza de las habitaciones, había pelos en el baño. Cuando llegas lo primero que hacen es cobrarte y no te dan ninguna información de los servicios del hotel. |

E personal de recepción era muy amable y educado La habitación estaba anticuada, no estaba bien limpia (se dejaron los huesos de cereza del cliente anterior en la mesa) y era una habitación muy ruidosa (se oía todo lo que ocurría en el pasillo como si ocurriese en la habitaxcion, los niños gritando, los clientes hablando...........todo). Además entraba mucha luz en la habitación por lo que a partir del amanecer era muy difícil dormir bien. |
