Beautifully modernised apartment. Location was nice but not great for sea front. Owner allowed us to keep the room until our departure for airport at no extra charge. He also linked us to the TV satellite service at no charge - nice touches. |

The Villa is close to the town centre and the train station. There is a kitchenette which was very useful with fridge, two ring cooker, pans and utensils etc. The air conditioning and lift to all floors were also useful. The owner/landlord also lives on site and is very friendly and eager to help. The only minor negative was that the Villa Petrix is accessed on foot by means of several roads up quite a steep incline |

Very nice owners,free parking on the street. a little far from city center and the beach, rooms are small, but enough for sleep, shower and some cooking. |

Hotel is good. Clean, pleasent staff, quiet...Everything was ok. It is not so near the beach, 10 min by walk up to the hill. |

The freedom it afforded me and the unintrusive staff I would thoroughly recommend the Villa Petrix as the perfect place for a self catering holiday in Torremolinos. lack of parking |

Facil de llegar al hotel, total independencia para su ocupación dado que dispones de llave de entrada al edificio y al apartamento, situado en zona tranquila y bien comunicado con el centro. Aunque la estancia ha sido breve creo que no hay nada negativo que resaltar. |

Bardzo miłe przyjęcie, życzliwy personel, wyjątkowa dbałość o czystość pokoju i hotelu - nisko chylę czoło przed pracą gospodarzy - na medal! Bliskość stacji kolejowej i centrum Torremolinos - ok. 5 min. pieszo - very nice staff, extremaly high standards of cleanliness, near the railway station and centre of Torremolinos - about 5 min. on foot. Nasz pokój mógłby być troszeczkę większy, nawiew klimatyzacji vis a vis łóżka - trudno było korzystać z urządzenia leżąc w łóżku - prawdopodobieństwo przeziębienia, powrót z plaży - pod górę... ok 15 min.; the air-conditioning unit in our room was in front of the bed - we could hardly use it being in bed, return from the beach uphill was quite hard - anyway we recommend this hotel as a good and reliable! |

l'ubicazione vicino al centro della città vecchia;comodo ai servizi;vicino alla stazione della metro che collega torremolinos a malaga aeroporto;pulizia camera odierna e ben fatta;molta discrezione dei propretari e zona molto tranquilla dai rumori;angolo cucina ben attrezzato. -15 minuti a piedi dal mare ma ne vale la pena visto che per arrivarci c'è una bella passeggiata tra le vie tipiche di torremolinos con tanti negozi di souvenirs e ristoranti tipici-non ci son posti auto sulla via |

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à cet endroit et la propreté des lieux est excellente. De plus, la proximité du centre est bien. Environ à 15 minutes de marche des plages. Les gestionnaires sont très sympathiques. |

que puedes llebar animales las camas son durisimas, si tienes un coche grande olvidate de aparcar, eramos 6 personas y solo tenia un baño, el personal, nos llamaron a las 11 de la noche para quitar el coche de un vado que solo lo utilizan para aparcar ellos, tubimos que aparcar casi a un km. de alli |
