One further child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Felt the hotel was a bit run down. 43 very steep steps to get to the pool which was ridiculous! Breakfast wasn't up to much. Room was kept very clean with fresh sheets most days. No beach beside as suggested - a rocky area instead which was used for fishing. As above. |

The room and bathroom were very clean. Nice enough to have a kettle for tea making. Very nice large wardrobe but still not enough hangers. Yes, very noisy. You could hear everything - the walls are paper thin, even people wispering. Not enough milk for either tea or coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable (hard springs). |

Easy access from main roads and to La Mata beach and Torrevieja in May. The buffet breakfast was very good We had to pay extra for a key to the safe. When we went to ask for one we were told to pay 15euros 12 of which would be returned to us in exchange for the keys return but when we checked out they tried to charge us 3euros per night for they key. This was changed to a total of 3 euros when we questioned it but should we have been charged at all? |

Safe location. Clean, pleasant. We parked in a public parking space nearby. Hotel has a parking lot but you must pay. Pool looks good. Breakfast buffet very good. No room sound proofing. If you have a noisy neighbour, sleep could be a problem. Rocky shoreline, no real beach. |

The Hotel is in a good location and has an excellent restaurant. There is a large secure car park for guests. Some of the staff are not very friendly. The swimming pool is not heated and the sun loungers are very worn and uncomfortable. |

I liked the food and the Breakfast in Perticular I found one of the Waitress very unfriendly,and even though i had my arm in a sling(due to an accident at home)this waitress would not let me change chairs in the bar as i found all the vacent chairs much too low.This happened on the Sat night of the Buffet. |

Het hotel ligt gunstig ten opzichte van het 'centrum' en heeft een mooi uitzicht over zee en de kustlijn. Hoewel het ontbijt niet slecht is, is het wenselijk dat men ook cerials aanbiedt. |

la vue sur la mer est magnifique, que ce soit dans la chambre, dans la salle à manger ou au bord de la piscine. L'ambiance est reposante et la propreté des lieux est excellente. La salle a manger et la piscine étaient réservées le premier soir pour célébrer un mariage, ce qui a engendré du bruit durant la nuit. |

Las maravillosas vistas al mar ya sea desde las habitaciones, desde el comedor o desde las terrazas (no tienen precio), las habitaciones más que decentes (el baño bastante nuevo) y la piscina. El hotel está muy cerca (10 mins de coche) de calas fantásticas (ej. playa la flamenca). Gran desventaja son las paredes de papel de fumar. Se oye respirar a tu vecino de al lado (no exagero). |

Super sauber, es gab auch vereinzelt (wenige) freundliche Mitarbeiter, natürlich der Blick, der ist beim Frühstück phantastisch - davon lebt das Hotel ja wohl - der Pool ist auch O.K. Mega laut - die Wände scheinen aus Papier!!! Es sind aber nicht nur Geräusche, sondern Du kannst jedes Wort verstehen - man lebt quasi mit den Nachbarn in allen Lebenssituationen - schrecklich und sehr wenig Erholungswert! |
