Courteous service, cleanliness, centrally placed for exploring surrounding area, many shops & restaurants within easy walking distance. Noise from disco under hotel, and from clientele leaving premises until after 5 am. |

the staff were lovely, the food was nice, the hotel is ideal for a short stay in torrevieja..... you will need a car to get around as it's a short drive to everywhere:) the room was cleaned daily but mot thouroughly, under the beds and furniture was very dusty.....:( the pool was not the cleanest either.:( |

Great location, excellent value for money the room and bathroom were clean and the buffet breakfast was great every morning. Overall would recommend this to others, within walking distance of the beach also. |

The Staff were very helpful, and the hotel was well situated for visits to the city centre, also there was plenty of restaurants close by serving a wide variety of food. The hotel itself looked and felt in need of a face lift, the decor and furniture looked tired.The Pool area was dirty and really not appealing at all.Ther worst aspect was that at breakfast you were expected to clear your own table of food and crockery, whilst the staff stood around. |

Clean and cheerful. comfortable pillows. Buffet breakfast meant enough to last a day. Lovely pool disco bars. Shower didnt work. waited ages for lift. no light in corridor to room. Toilet lid or seat doesnt stay up on its own. only 4 channels on TV & if you dont speak Spannish you dont watch. No radio in room for music. Cleaning staff incredibly noisy with shouting. One receptionist spoke little English. The bath plug didnt have a chain on it which meant you really had to fight to remove it to let out the water. No instruction left on how to use the air con remote & more importantly, the Safety Deposit box ( how do you set your own code). When I enquired to reception about getting a bus link back to Alicante, there was no assurance of how to do this, so I ended up paying 53 Euros to get a cab direct HMmmmmmm. |

The hotel is in a good location and very easy to find. There are a few good restaurants close by. The hotel provides fairly basic accommodation but is good value. Poor soundproofing in the rooms. |

The cost. There was a pleasant beach at the bottom of the road and a few bars and restaurants close by. Very poor soundproofing of rooms - didn't really want to hear other people snoring! Small, thin towels and cracked glass on balcony. Location was good for me but it wasn't near the main town. Breakfast was adequate but not good. |
