Excellent hote in very good resort areal!! It is really worth the money you pay. The rooms were always clean, the meal in the hotel was fantastic, it has may facilities for the rest like big pool, SPA centre, tennis courts, etc. I would stay there again when in Tossa. |

Baja calidad, no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, servicio no muy bueno el servicio bastante malo, sobre todo los camareros, tanto del restaurante como del bar. Comida de baja calidad. En general lo peor el personal. |

Las intalaciones son geniales, asñi como la conservación y limpieza del hotel. El Buffet es bastante bueno. A veces habia muchos niños en la piscina climatizada, y la verdad de relaz nada. |

El hotel está muy bien situado pues está en una zona muy tranquila pero cercana al centro de la población. El hotel ofrece un bufet surtido y variado. A pesar de ello, creo que está demasiado orientado al público extranjero y se echan de menos productos típicos de la tierra (no ofrecen jamón, fuet...). También podrían mejorar los artículos de baño, pues aunque los reponen a diario son el mínimo indispensable. |

Для Тосса де мар - вероятно, лучший отель: большой бассейн, удобный солярий на крыше отеля. Хорошее питание. Интернет (для своих ноутбуков) есть, но только в лобби (бесплатно). Утром на шведском столе есть шампанское!:-) В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление. Сам город оо-очень маленький. |

Le service spa ... Les exterieurs de l hotel... Les jacusys de la terrasse et le confort Le vieillissement de l hotel.. Le mauvais etat des moquettes des couloirs.. Les sieges sales du restaurant...et surtout D avoir payé la totalite dès notre arrivee a cause de la reservation internet |

Durant notre sejour nous avons aimer la propreté de l'hotel,le calme, les differentes offres de l'hotel spa accessible pour tous ,le personnel agreable et surtout de magnifiques buffet et un grand chef sympathique!les animations le soir tres bien trouver les repas a theme!!!! Les enfants qui hurlent dans l'hotel surtout pres des chambres ou qui courent autour des piscine en hurlant assez genant parfois!un magasin interieur vide y a rien pas de creme solaire tout petit ne sert pas a grand chose et la vendeuse peu attentive ! |

En general todo ha estado bien, desde luego el spa no porque no está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas ni tan siquiera de 3, es penoso. si teniamos regimen de media pensión y queriamos cambiar es decir un dia en lugar de cenar, comer porque nos iba mejor y no nos dejaron, cuando en otros hoteles nunca hemos tenido problema. |

los servicios, en especial las piscinas (sobre todo la climatizada) y muy interesante el servicio de lavanderia. No me gustó en absoluto el hecho de cobrarnos los cinco dias de estancia nada más llegar al hotel, incluso antes de asignarnos las habitaciones.Jamás me han cobrado por adelantado.Un detalle muy feo. |

M'ha encantat totes les instal·lacions de les que disposa l'hotel: piscines, gimnàs, spas, piscina climatitzada, spas a l'exterior del solàrium...en definitiva, moltes possibilitats per passar una bona estada a l'hotel L'horari de tancament de les piscines. Considero que es podrien tancar més tard de les vuit del vespre. També, l'horari del sopar, que considero que estant a Catalunya, s'hauria d'allargar fins a les 11 del vespre. |
