One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The hotel's personal were very pleasant. There were no problems with air conditioner. There was a free wi-fi zone in the hall. The number of kids in the hotel as well as in the city rised the mood. Evening events were quite attractive and various, excepting same songs every day for kids, but they probably do not mind very much. The hotel's personal were very pleasant. The water smells chlorine too much. There were some noise of the lift and the neighbors. But this did not irritate much. There were no fridge in the room. In the whole city we have found the only one working night disco but completely without dancers. We would suggest to visit Lloret de Mar which is very close to Tossa for this kind of entertainment. |

The hotel was not on the beach however, it was well located and within easy walking distance to the beach and all the other facilities in the City. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The facilities, i.e. the pool, lounge and deck were well maintained. I liked the breakfast which was included in my price. Not really. Free parking was difficult to find nearby because there are so many people that come to Tossa. However, the staff advised me that free municipal parking was available about a 10 minute walk away near the bus terminal. I parked there and had no problems. |

Rummet var fint och fräscht. Frukosten var god och personalen var trevlig. Att bubbelpoolen inte var så varm som vi önskade :-). Att borden vid baren lystes upp av starka lampor på kvällen. Det hade kunnat göras lite mysigare. |

Mi estancia fue breve, pero lo poco que estuve fue muy satisfactoria. Destacaria la buena situacion (muy cerca de playa). Mi habitacion fue de las grandes y muy limpia. El desayuno estuvo bien con bastante variedad. Habia muchas Actividades dentro del hotel. En lineas generales estamos muy contentos de las instalaciones y servicios del hotel. La ausencia de Parking. La Falta de personal, en recepcion por la noche (1 persona /recepcion+reparaciones nocturnas/). La limpieza de las habitaciones se hicieron muy tarde cerca de las 14h |

Hôtel proche de la mer mais pas trop afin d'éviter les nuisances de la promenade de la grande plage Hôtel très bruyant, on entend les sanitaires de l'autre chambre très désagréable. Les gens ne respectent pas le repos des autres quant à la piscine inutile de trouver un transat en milieu de matinée dès 9 heures ouverture du lieu les gens arrivent avec le serviette et réserve leur transat ils laissent leur serviette toute la journée même s'ils ne viennent que pour une heure (c'est souvent les espagnols d'ailleurs!!!) ils sont chez eux...après tout. C'est de plus un hôtel pour les familles avec enfant en bas age et quant on a pas d'enfant c'est impossible tellement les cris fatiguent à la longue... |

Estuvimos muy a gusto en general, buena piscina interior y exterior buen trato del personal, buenas instalaciones, los shows de la noche son muy buenos.- Si no llegas a primera hora en la cena te quedas sin algunos platos. |

нормальный сетевой отель. выгодно брать полупансион - у нас был включен только завтрак, ужины мы покупали отдельно почти каждый вечер. так поесть в Тоссе за 9 евро невозможно ни в одном кафе, проверено :) очень "хорошая" слышимость. сверху были шумные соседи с детьми, поневоле приходилось поздно засыпать и рано просыпаться |
