Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Breakfast was good, front desk staff were helpful and the general hotel was tidy Very basic for the star rating. We had stayed across the road previously in Esmeraldas and although lower rating was probably a more enjoyable / relaxed stay than Oasis which always seemed to be very busy. |

The hotel was well-located, the room was comfortable, and there was free WiFi in the bar/snack-bar area. Tossa de Mar is a nice seaside resort. The hotel caters to families, which is probably a plus for some people, but it means that the pool area can be fairly noisy at times. |

The breakfast, the swimming pool, the room, the cleaness, the garage,.... You really can listen the other rooms noise, there is no mini-fridge in the room(just if you rent it), everything you want to do you have to pay deposits (for swimming pool towel 10euros each, for the garage 20 euros, ....), no free wireless |

It was extremely good value. Breakfast was of a high standard with good choice. Rooms were adequate and had a balcony. The Thursday market is held in streets adjacent to the hotel. |

Cheap & cheerful. Nice big pool. Located only 5 minustes walk from the beach. Too many kids for my likely but that is what the hotel is about. Rooms are ok, decor a bit 1990's - asked for a double and got 2 singles. |

Het hotel was heel netjes / schoon. Het personeel erg rustig en vriendelijk. Hotel gaf op ons een goed georganiseerde indruk. Ook nu in oktober zat het hotel nog gezellig vol. Een nederlandstalige receptioniste. Ontbijt was goed maar kan wel wat meer variatie gebruiken. Geen draadloos internet op de kamer. |

La limpieza de las habitaciones El trato del personal y la calidad de las comidas. No deberia de ser de 4 estrellas. Ej: pedimos una trona en el comendor y nos dijeron que la buscaramos nosotros detras de las columnas y si no la encontrabamos que estaban todas ocupadas, que habia muchos niños. ¿ Hotel de 4 estrellas? Creo que no. |

Facile d'accés proche du centre ville bon accueil du personnel hotel tres propre et lumineux On nous a attribué une chambre communiquante nous avions l'impression de vivre avec le couple de la chambre mitoyenne nous etions au dessus de l'entrée de l'hotel donc tres bruyant, à 6h30 livraison des camions d'alimentation qui laisse tourner les moteurs pendant une demi heure petit dejeuner et diner tres moyen -l'hotel pour ma part ne merite pas 4 etoiles |

El desayuno bufet realmente es muy abundante, de buena calidad y variado. La ubicación del hotel, aunque no se encuentra en el centro del pueblo, en pocos minutos te encuentras allí; la zona es agradable y tranquila. El mantenimiento de la habitación: el lavabo estaba algo atorado, el videt rezumaba agua, los complementos de baño insuficientes y de mala calidad, no se corresponden a un hotel de la categoría que dicen tiene. Creo que un hotel de 4 * no debería tener cortina en la bañera, por estética ypor higiene es mejor mampara. |
