Le cadre est extraordinairement beau, reposant. Le personnel est super gentil. C'est vraiment come on dit chez nous " à la bonne franquette"!!! Il y a tout de même un problème avec la literie des grands lits, très durs et on sent presque les ressorts |

estuvimos sólo dos noches pero volveremos. nos ha gustado todo: el apartamento, la ubicación (en plena naturaleza, rodeado de árboles pero a la vez cerca de Tossa y la playa), las instalaciones que aunque es viejito tiene un montón de actividades para hacer. es un hotel muy familiar. hay aparcamiento gratuito (no hay muchos sitios pero tuvimos suerte y siempre encontrabamos), además tienen un bus que te lleva a Tossa cada hora por 1e que está muy bien si no quieres coger el coche. |

Esta muy bien, sobre todo cuando vas con niños, pues allí estan muy bien, porque hay muchos lugares para que los niños jueguen. Creo que es un buen sitio para las familias con niños, pues creo, que es imposible aburrirse Creo que cuando esta lleno, esta demasiado masificado. También creo que esta todo muy pensado para el turismo extranjero. Creo que debe ser por que es el mayoritario. |

La ubicacion era muy bonita entre la montaña. El servicio de limpieza era un poco malo, la gente de limpieza te exigia que te marcharas de tu habitacion a las 14H para limpiar cuando estas comiendo en el apartamento. |

La relación caltidad-precio. Es un buen lugar para ir en familia, con niños y las instalaciones no son lujosas pero sí completas (varias piscinas, pista de tenis, bar) puedes entretenerte sin necesidad de salir fuera. Además, está rodeado de pinos y no queda lejos del centro. Se oyen ruidos de las habitaciones colindantes: cañerías de agua, pasos... |

Su ubicación a 2minutos de Tossa de mar. Desde fuera parece un castillo, hay 3 piscinas, espectáculos por la noche, hay un bar. El apartamento suite tiene una habitación muy grande, y todo muy limpio. Los fogones no funcionan, no hay espacio para dos sartenes... Para calentar aceite tardemos 2 horas... La tele muy alta y pequeñita. Y la nevera tarda en enfriar. El comedor cocina es muy pequeño, encanvio la habitación es muy grande. |

Creo que se le presta más atención, más calidad , más entretenimiento,etc.. a los ingleses,alemanes, que no a la gente que había española. Es decir, los horarios de desayuno,almuerzo y cena son horarios adaptados a ellos no a nosotros. Eso de cenar de 18:30 a 21:30 no lo veo lógico. Cuando solemos cenar a partir de las 21:30. Los entretenimientos son siempre más para ellos que no para la gente española y sobre todo está todo mirado para ellos y no se tiene en cuanta a la gente de aqui. De todas maneras recomendaría el hotel pero les explicaría estos detalles para que lo tuvieran en cuenta. |

que el complejo está bien para ir con niños pequeños, hay suficiente espacio en las piscinas Poe encima de todo, la habitación, si lo sabemos antes no vamos.De los más cutre que he visto, un tercer piso sin ascensor y super estrechas. vamos que para ir con niños no es lo más adecuado. Además ni tan sólo tenia balcon, sólo una triste ventana. |

un service tout compris des locaux propres avec tout le confort nécessaire un personnel très compétent des animateurs motivés créatifs pleins de surprises sachant mettre l'ambiance cet hotel n'était pas à première vue ce que je recherchais mais je ne suis pas du tout décue et le tout dans un superbe cadre la chaleur dans les appart il faudrait vraiment penser à invertir dans la clim !!! |

séjour agréable, buffet varié, beaucoup d'animation!!!!! il est vrai que ce n'est pas un endroit ou il faut aller si on veut un peu de tranquillité il y a beaucoup de famille avec des enfants en bas age!!! et je trouve que le personnel et les animateurs ne connaissent pas beaucoup le français en rapport aux autres langues ( anglais, hollandais, allemand, italien......) |

les spectacles organisés par le personnel d'animation très sympas. très bruyant - les repas ne sont pas équilibrés - très peu de choix au restaurant - restaurant très très bruyants et le personnels y travaillant pas du tout agréable. a personne qui vous accueille vous explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel ( possibilité acheté des places pour diverses excursions à la réception avec une réduction, le bus qui vous amène à Tossa de mar, manque de communication pour les animations) et non par le biais de prospectus. Il n'y pas la climatisation dans les aparts - aparts petits pour 5 personnes, très peu de vaisselles. |
