20 mins from city centre. Bus just outside the hotel. Clean room, helpful staff. Put the nearest metro station name on the website/ directions from airport. |

It was simple, but clean and cheap, real value for the money. Even though it is out of the centre, the connection by bus no 53 is very convenient and takes you straight to the centre. |

The hotel has easy access to Central Madrid either by tube or bus. The room with sofa bed for children was comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a weekend in Madrid. The area has a wide range of shops and restaurants at reasonable prices. The staff was helpful. |

The rooms were very clean and towels were provided. 24 reception was helpful. Far away from the center of Madrid and difficult to get there. |

Excellent quality/price relation. Good connection to the public trnasportation: It takes 10 minutes on foot to the "Barrio de la Concepcion" metro station; coming from the airport, drive one station (three stations from the Terminal 4) to the "Campo de las Naciones" station, then take public bus No. 122, which will bring you directly to the hotel It is noisy indeed |

price/quality ratio. cleanliness of the room. painting on the wallls of the room should be refreshed. breakfast buffet is a bit poor even if price is OK. very far frpm city center. difficult to get hot water in the shower. |

It was the noisiest most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was next to the door that led onto the floor - every person who came in or went out at any time of day or night we heard. |

Al viajar en coche, la situacion del hotel me resulto comoda, no teniendo ademas problemas para encontrar aparcamiento. La relacion calidad-precio es correcta, la habitacion es comoda y limpia. El desayuno no esta incluido en el precio, y resulta caro. 3,75 euros por un cafe de hotel mas unas tostadas es un precio excesivo. |

La ubicacion y el transporte con respecto al centro de Madrid. Las habitaciones son amplias. La temperatura en las habitaciones (muy caliente). El desayuno es muy costoso. |

El precio, la tranquilidad de la zona, y que tenia una parada de autobús en la puerta que te lleva hasta la Puerta del Sol, que además pasa muy amenudo. La habitación era muy básica, incluso a la hora de hacer la habitación, no limpian muy bien, y las camas no estaban hechas, solo estiradas.. Está bastante apartado del centro, No hay muchas tiendas, bares, supermercados, y servicios cerca. |

Buena comunicación con el centro. Metro ( barrio de la concepción) a 10 miutoa a pie. Por la noche el bus N3 para en la misma puerta del hotel. Se escucha mucho el ruido de las puertas por la noche.. |
