I was most impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and I would like to stay there again. The hotel was very conveniently located for me and I was able to explore all I wanted to see on foot. |

Seemed a good value. Location was pretty central to sites in the small city center. Lots of restaurant options close by. Have a tiny secured parking garage for additional charge...just across the street. If booking as a family, be sure to insist you get rooms together. Our rooms were assigned on separate floors despite my reservation that they be next to each other. Staff first said they were booked solid and had no other options, but then did change us to the same floor, but with two rooms between us. Location was a bit loud from the street traffic but quieted down by 11:00. |

is small hotel. The rooms are quite big. The receptionists were always helpful and nice. Hotel is old but still clean and good location in the heart of city center of Jerez. The hotel does not have an internet connection. They changed the towels every day which was not really needed. |

I only liked the hotel's whereabouts and the hotel's inner architecture The personal was not friendly and the higiene was poor. I believe that my sheets were never changed during the 3 days I stayed there. At the last day I was certain that the sheets were the same from the previous day. Can't guarantee for the first day, though. The hotel's price is highly overrated. |

Hottellet ligger centralt (5 min til gågaden) og personallet er venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset var rent men lidt gammelt men det var stilen i hotellet og gav det en god Jerez atmosfære. |

Zimmer sind groß genug; teilweise mit schmuckvoller Decke, Bad angenehm. Rezeption die ganze Nacht besetzt. Im Patio, wo unten die Rezeption liegt, herrscht morgens ziemlicher Lärm; auch sonntags vor 9:00 Uhr. Viele Zimmer haben ihre Tür zu diesem Patio. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein Hotel, typisch für den alten Baustil aus Jerez, die Zimmer entsprechend den Möglichkeiten gut hergerichtet. Die zentrale Lage ist hervorzuheben. |

atencion al cliente , son muy sinpaticos y amables y el hotes esta muy centrico las instalaciones son un poco anticuadas, no hay ascensor y no hay espacio para fumadores y la zona al rededor del hotel son zonas azules |
