It is really value for money. Very nice hotel and service - close to Palma City center and the habour area. They should upgrade their photos because the hotel is nicer than what the photos show. |

I liked the convenience of the hotel..to the marina, the old town and the shopping area. The area where the hotel is situated was very quiet which was great. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. |

The hotel was clean, the rooms quite neat, the staff professional. Just a typical no-nonsense hotel very close to the port (yachts) of Mallorca and in walking distance of the old district with Tapa bars etc. Nice pool, gym and sauna in the hotel. Good value or money. Sometimes insufficient staff at the desk to handle the flow of tourists, no porter to bring the bags to the room and the elevators are quite small. |

Flexibility to get early room for spontanious early arrival Brekfast was good Reakonable exercise when walking to the city centre. Confortable local busses were also available No problem in invoicing, numbers were as agreed. Near to the Belwue Casle and park for outdoor jogging. Also own gym would have been available. The pool in the open air was not in use. |

The hotel was very well presented at all times throughout my stay (5 nights), the bedrooms in particular were very clean, in particular the bathroom and bed. Indeed, the room was serviced daily to a high standard. (Certainly the standard of cleanliness comparable to 5 star hotels I have stayed in). The reception service was first rate, and again comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. |

staff spoke english and were friendly. also house-keeping arrangements were good - no pressure to provide staff with room access early in the mornings. The two rooms I got were two levels below the reception level, in need of refurbishment (cracks in some walls) and smelt strongly of cigarette smoke - although I asked for non-smoking accommodation. |

Staff were friendly and helpfful. The hotel was more like a 4 -star than a 3-star. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - especially the Mallorcan specialities. Although the hotel was a bit out of the town centre, there were plenty of local facilities (including good bars and restaruants) nearby. A view would have been nice . . . but that would have bumped the price up! |

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Good enough location Sunbeds at pool in poor condition also had expected a few flight crew at the hotel not the bus loads that arrived almost daily. Poor soundproofing between rooms. |
