Near the Madrid Airport The staff is efficient but very cold and impersonnal with the clientsl. No empathy for their clients. We felt like numbers. Never again! |

nice to have bunk beds and little gifts for the kids Charged for internet which did not work. Computer gave me a message to call the front desk for help. I did, and was told that someone would come to room shortly, but they never came. Pool not open when I came on June 11. |

Very nice hotel, clean, accommodating, close to airport. The pillows on the bed were like pancakes, not very comfortable. |

The hotel was very close to the airport! The shuttle was quick and convenient. The room was large and the bed was absolutely comfortable! |

The hotel was clean and attractive. The rooms were renovated and of a good size. There is no bellboy to help with your bags. When I asked for a luggage cart to do it myself , I was told that there was only one and that they didn't know where it was. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said that I received a promotional rate for my room and I shouldn't have any expectations. |

This hotel is very convenient to the Madrid Airport. The hotel has a 24-hour shuttle and arrived very quickly when we called. There's about a five block walk to the Metro if you want to go into Madrid, but basically this hotel is a modern, clean and comfortable place to stay if you need lodging close to the airport. It seems especially suited for business travelers. |

This hotel is handy to Barajas Airport and to city transit making it ideal for getting in and out of Madrid The wifi service cost 6 euros and is not at all functional. Several clients complained but it was not resolved. |

The room and bathroom were of a very comfortable size. The room service was very good. The complementary tea/coffee/juice prior to an early morning departure was very welcome. It would have been good to know about it in advance of arriving for the shuttle bus. Not having hot water facilities in the room. But that is not the practice in Spain. Also, you, Booking.com, did not suppy any information about where and how to access the Shuttle bus from the airport. This caused us the additional expence of a taxi and driver who could not read a gps device. |

This is a very nice 4 star hotel, conveniently situated next to the airport. The rooms and facilities are excellent and there is free on site parking. The meals at the hotel are very high priced. |

We arrived at the Madrid airport for a 1 night stay before heading back to Brussels very early the next morning. The shuttle arrived about 15 minutes after we got our luggage. Checkin was smooth. Room was ready and clean (nice bunk beds and toys for the kids). We found it comfy and quiet. Shuttle back to airport was quick and efficient the next morning. The restaurant appeared closed when we arrived (9 pm on Saturday). We had planned on eating at the hotel. They did have a pizza delivery service from nearby pizza place and some room service options. |

Easy access from the airport, comfortable rooms, efficient service. Very suitable to those staying one night with connection to another flight. I would have liked to have the possibility of receiving a day room with reduced price. |

Great for travel in and out of Madrid. The hotel shuttle pick-up at the airport is in a very dark area. We were robbed while waiting for the shuttle. Not the hotel's fault, but beware. |

No transfer to terminal 3 in Madrid. I had to go to terminal 2 .No minibar in my room, very bad pillow etc. I was there not wellcome. It my first and last time there. |
