the hotel is near the subway and train station "Chamartin" with a direct line to the city center. the room was large, comfortable, nice room temperature, quiet and very clean, which for me is very important. it is probable i will stay in this hotel again when i return to Madrid. |

Excellent value for the money spent. I took an upgrade package costing an extra €15 a night. That got me a large and spacious room with all amenities and free internet. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, luxurious room. Much more than what to expect from a 3-star. Location right next to Chamartin station makes travel across Spain and Madrid a breeze. This is more a general Spanish tendency of doing whatever possible to complicate otherwise nice things a bit. So a nice flight of stairs to the hotel lobby means you need to haul up your bags. Hotel staff behaviour functional at best. Not exactly dying to please. And noone told me that free internet means that the login card works for only 2 hrs. |

Very high standard of cleaning, breakfast buffet and facilities. Close to train station. Swimming pool. Booring view of high way, car park and impediment. Uncomfortable way to walk from station/metro without pavement and felt a bit ansafe at night. It also takes a while to get to center of town by metro. Steap stairs at the entrance to reception and to the elevator! |

Stanza grande, pulita e confortevole; bagno completo e accessoriato (phon, dispenser di bagnoschiuma/shampoo e sapone); piscina con angolo per bimbi; vicinanza alla metro (200 mt.) fermata Chamartin (linee 1 - 9 - 10) che in 15 min. porta in centro; quartiere tranquillo. Nei pochi contatti avuti con il personale dell'hotel, soprattutto in inglese, non ho notato una grande disponibilità: poco male!!! |

es muy completo, tiene una piscina en el centro de Madrid, las habitaciones son amplias la entrada al mismo, el primer escalón es inasumible, es una gran barrera arquitectónica. ¡¡Cuidado que aparcas en la puerta del hotel y para cuando bajas te enteras que es zona verde y te han multado aunque las lineas verdes ni se ven!! |
