The hotel was centrally located to all the sites in Madrid, either by foot or metro. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. |

Central Location What was advertised and booked as a four star hotel is clearly at best a 3 star with basic facilties.It has no restauraunt facilties on an evening and no tea/coffee making facilties in the rooms so you have to go out for a drink. I paid for a triple adult room but my 16yrs old son got a put up bed in our duble room which he could not sleep very well on and which cramped up the room, Also as the only entrance is at the side of the hotel you cannot help but notice the red light district operating at the side and rear of the hotel. |

The position, perfectly central in Madrid. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel begins to be a bit old. This is visible in some of the small details and in the design although the hotel was very clean and well-kept. |

Central location was ideal for a 3 day visit. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Without any prompting, left chocs. in our room for my wife's birthday....we still don't know how they found out! Nothing that we can think of. Interestingly I had read a very unfavourable review of the same hotel on Tripadvisor after I had booked and cannot understand or accept the views expressed therein! |

The location is very good and the interior design is very classy, especially the bathroom that has curved windows. Staff at the reception were friendly and able to provide useful tourist info. Also the staff at the ground floor entrance was very professional and friendly. Water sippage from bathroom ceiling in the evening. I think it was because someone was having a bath upstairs. |

The location, midway between Callao & Gran Via metro stations was perfect, within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and Palacio Real. The rooms were quiet (with the windows shut) and comfortable. Being high up on 6th floor helped. Save money by having breakfast in the cafe next door. I asked for a double bed but was refused until I made a fuss when suddenly one became available. The road outside was being resurfaced so the entrance was dangerous and my wife tripped over. The area is full of prostitutes sheltering in all the doorways. |

It's location-despite some previous feed back. Although the Hotel is on the main street it's entrance is down a side street and if you turned left on leaving the hotel you end up in an "interesting" part of town, but turn right and you're just across the road from the hub of Madrid. Great! Also there was a security gaurd with video screens at all times. |

Great location, great hotel.would recommend. Loved our room apart from balcony there was no railing over the small balcony wall in our opinon abit unsafe, may be they cannot have railings. |

great location near a metro station; family room for 4 ideal with bunk beds pay per view adult movie demos came on automatically when turning on TV!!! need to have turned off upon arrival; breakfast nice but no included in family room rate |

A hotel within the city of Madrid, it's beside a small red light district but I felt save every time. I would recommend it for people planning a city tour through Madrid. As it is very hot in summer it's convenient to have a tour break using the own hotel room and not to take a taxi to reach a hotel far outside of the city center. nothing negative to say - for me it was ok (as usual in Madrid hotels, the breakfast may be taken somewhere outside) |

The offer I accepted on the website was definitely too expensive for the very small room that was offered, so I was offered a bigger room for additional 16 euros (staff is only mentioning price VAT excluded!). This is not really honest and coherent. |

Hotel war schnell zu finden.Wir hatten die Möglichkeit zwischen drei Zimmern zu wählen.Insgesamt treffen folgende Punkte für dieses Hotel zu: Freundliches Personal (Zimmerfrauen, Rezeptionist, Portier), Flexibilität, Schnelligkeit, Sauberkeit, kostenloser Internetzugang. Zimmer war etwas laut wegen Undichtigkeit eines Fensters. Es fehlte eine Klo-Bürste. Klimaanlage war nicht einstellbar (zu laut, machmal zu kalt). |
