Das sehr umfassende Angebot an Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, das große Bett, das wunderbare Bad und das riesige Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren von Freitag auf Samstag dort und hatten nicht gewusst, dass eine Disco im Keller ist. Das war bis morgens immer etwas zu hören. |

Ich wurde in der Restauration sehr freundlich bedient. Ich habe ca 1 Std. auf den Shuttleservice gewartet. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Busse in regelmäßigen Abständen verkehren. Scheinbar war es aber doch notwendig, sie über Telefon (das ich nicht zur Hand hatte), anzufordern. |

Shuttlebus lauter Discolärm bis 5 Uhr morgens, obwohl ich darum gebeten hatte mir ein ruhiges Zimmer zu geben, an schlafen war nicht zu denken, es dröhnte einfach bis in den 1 . STock und die Disco war direkt im Keller darunter. |

Teppiche uralt, Renovierung der Flure nötig. Bei der Ankunft 1 h auf Shuttlebus gewartet. Unklare kennzeichnung des Shuttlebusses. Bei dem ersten, den wir nahmen, stand Hotel Tryp (ohne Diana) drauf und der fuhr nicht zum Tryp Diana und setzte uns nach der vergeblichen Fahrt zum Hotel Tryp dann am Terminal 2 ab. |

There was a discoteque below the hotel that was playing loud music until early morning (audible from the first floor room). Reception employees were polite about the complaint, but slow to get results. I lost several hours of sleep resolving the situation. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and the value for the cost. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Very modern. The food in the coffee shop was horrible - not good quality. Waitress did not speak very good English nor did she understand our order. However the bar waitress was very knowledgeable and the service was good as were the snacks provided at no cost. |

Airport shuttle and easy access to Metro. We had run out of shower gel and the front desk associate told us that he couldn't get us any at that time but as soon as he could he would get some to our room. It was quite late in the evening however after a day in the city a shower was just what we needed. Also since I'm sure you have many international travelers...having an adaptor at the front desk would have been very helpful. |

Airport shuttle bus was a great advantage which saves paying for taxis but guests should be better informed as part of their reservation where to board shuttle bus and how to request pick-up. Nice restaurant beside reception with courteous staff. Room balcony nice to relax on. Bathroom high quality and spotlessly clean. Bar/coffee shop within hotel complex. |

Proximity to airport and free shuttle. Good breakfast served early. Check-in seemed long and drawn out, but might have been the particular member of staff. Shuttle bus to airport had limited spaces and had to be booked. (half hourly), and because we had arrived late at night we discovered that all the seats on the early shuttle buses had been taken. |
