I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. On premise parking is a big plus, especially given it's location in central Jerez de la Frontera. It has an exceptional location for exploring the city. For exploring the city, leave your car in the garage. There is an excellent Taxi stand right in front of the hotel and a few meters to the right. Rating should be no more than 3 stars at best. The place is very dated and while being clean, it is also worn and tired. The lobby is a good example. They use plastic mattress covers under the linens, so you will hear the noise it makes when you move, and you will sweat and or get chilled as a result. So for me sleeping was not good enough. |

Premier room was very small. Could not use the desk as the bed was pressed right up to it. |

Centrally located. Had trouble finding it when entering Jerez. It seemed that all the other hotels in the area were clearly sign posted throughout the city streets. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was magnificent and Jerez is a lovely city with the Tryp Jerez within 10 minutes walk of all the main sights. Excellent. It would have been nice if there had been a pool or a shady terrace to use as it was exceptionally hot, that was the only thing missing. Perhaps the hotel could partner another, nearby, to enable holiday guests (I appreciate it is more of a business hotel) to use such facilities. Tea & coffee making facilities might be nice too (in the rooms). |

Situated in a nice area of Jerez and just 15 minutes from glorious beaches, this elegant hotel is nestled in exotic gardens and has a fantastic outdoor pool and sauna. |
Surrounded by lush gardens, this hotel offers a wide range of facilities to help you relax beneath the Andalusian sunshine. From it you can also visit the sights of ancient Jerez. |
A typical Andalusian Hotel located in Jerez de la Frontera. |
Overlooking a wonderful Golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Barceló Montecastillo Resort is a unique hotel in the Jerez area. |
