The room was spacious and clean. Front desk was helpful, but pushed professional tours a lot. Breakfast buffet was a good deal. Restaurant staff was not professional or organized. I would definitely not eat in the hotel restaurant except for breakfast buffet again. Two out of five nights there were approximately 100 kids aged 7-8 in the pool. You could not use the facilities either night. Tiles around the pool were treacherous when wet. There were two bad falls by adults while we were there. |

very comfortable with a lovely lounge area. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very nice. the pool area was very clean, although they could have done with some more sun beds. |

The breakfast was wonderful, very plentiful a must! The nite shift was very accomadating towards our babies, which wouldn't go to sleep and our neighbor was beating on the wall so the staff turned off the lights in the lobby so we could put the babies to sleep, I really appreciated that gesture. The pool is lovely and refreshing. The walls are very thin, I would reccomend this hotel for families, honeymooners, or light sleepers. |

It had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful. They also spoke very good English. The room was nice with good shower and bath. Arrived to find dirty carpet (buscuit crumbs) in room which took a few trips to reception before it got cleaned up. Also, the times for the swimming pool was inconvenient, as we would prefer to have had access in the morning. |

Location is a good compromize between proximity to the center and easy access with car. The hotel is reasonable clean but a bit worn down. The last renovation of the hotel seams to have occured some time ago. The restaurant was disappointing. The fish was i.e. not properly cooked and partially rare. Therefore better eat out and not in the hotel. |

Close to the city centre. You can easily access to the city centre with bus no 13. From train station to hotel, you should take C2. And from hotel to train station, you should take C1. The room had a smell of food and we realized that it is close to the restaurant's ventilation on the first floor. Then they immediately transferred us to a room on the 4th floor but that was a little bit small and so far from the elevator. |

It was comfortable and breakfast was good. Rooms need little renovation, carpet was looking old and they have really small TV. It's a busy hotel therefore if they have little more reception people on reception counter then would be more easy to get the information. It would be appreciated if on the website of hotel it is mentioned that which bus connections work from and to railway station, bus station and airport. |

The location and the view is excellent, the balcony is also something not to be found in every hotel so that is also a plus. The pool should be opened at May 15th (during my stay) but it wasn't :( |

friendly staff, nice surroundings, central location ,pool. Rooms well maintained and cleaned to high standard daily. The pool wasnt open and due to the great weather and extreme heat it was disappointing. We chose the hotel because it had a pool. |

very good value for money, 3 min to the old town, tidy, beautiful and very Spanish-style hotel, big rooms. Very good offer for Flamenco dance from the front desk! Was my best experience over all Spane (stayed at Barselona and Madrid). air-condition was a bit noisy, however, not a big deal |

the room was nice, also clean. They have some chairs downstairs so you can relax there. During Feria they have special bus to Feria which was nice. not so convinient but still easy to access to the center of the city. We stayed during Feria in Sevilla and it was expensive. |

First of all, we chose this hotel due to the low price of the pre-pay offer (approx. 40% off the normal price). Therefore, we received a lot for the money. Our room was very spacious with mirrors on two walls, large locker, full-size bed and huge & beautiful bathroom. It was also very clean. Be sure to take a room at the backside, as the front side is very noisy (with a nice view, though). The temperature in the room was rather high, however we had a room on the backside and had the window open through the night. |
