A very good price we paid for the room. Breakfast is very good. Also the hotel is situated very good in the centre of Madrid. The airco didn't worked this time. We asked the reception if something could be done about that. We were told that same day something would be done. But nothing happened unfortunately. |

Great place! Great position, great staff, that helped a lot to solve issues with a/c, great value for money. Even the breakfast was very good. Sure I'll come again!! |

Hotel very well located, right beside metro. Lovely buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money. Staff helpful with info. etc. Bathroom quite small but very nice decor. Room had balcony which opened onto Gran Via so was quite noisy at night if you needed some air. Room didnt have air conditioning as far as we could see. |

Good clean room away fm the noisy street as we've asked for. Good size room, spaceious. Hotel just at the metro st. and very close to a lot of good spots in the city. We missed the oppotunity to make a cup of tea / coffee in the room, an el-ketle, cups etc. would be a very nice to have there. Breakfast too expensive to even try - 2 pers could eat for 6 - 8 euros on the street.. |

Hotel location was ideal. Room was clean and overlooked the busy night life of Grand Via. Room was extremely warm. Breaker had been turned off for A/C. |

Spacious and comfortable family room, very clean. Good breakfast. The hotel is situated at the Gran Via, which is very noisy, day and night. |

I asked for a quiet room and it was really quiet.The room was pretty big and comfortable too. The telephone did not work in the room but I didn't need to use it. So it was not a big trouble to me. |
