Nice room, great location, one street back from beach, but only 50 yds across the "square" to promenade. Wonderful view of west bay overlooking buildings from our 4th floor room. Enjoyed light inexpensive breakfasts in bar area. Quiet in bar in evenings. Parking available below. |

Convenience of the location. Clean and comfortable room. Some of the staff were nice. Rooms much nicer than shabby lobby area. The main desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly and we didn't really feel we were being looked after. Certainly not worth the full price AT ALL but fine for a discounted price. |

Excellent location for the old town area, plenty of restaurants/pinxtos bars. 2mins walking from beach. only downside was 15euros parking per night |

Location, They informed us they had a laundry service, we asked them to do a load of washing. Without telling us the expense they went ahead of charged us 209 euro when checking out - not impressed!! |

The location was excellent The safe in our room did not work. I contacted the front desk and the receptionist came up. She reset the safe and then watched while I followed the instructions. It did not work. She said that it wasn't working and left. Nothing more happened, and the matter was not resolved. |

Close to the Concha beach and Centro, Old town and the Port. Room very comfortable once we got the air conditioning working (east exposure- very hot first morning) |

location parking space was very reduced and limited, making very difficult to park even a small vehicle on it. Air condition in the room was not working well and the reason given was that the hotel was full. |

The hotel's location is just wonderful--- central and directly across from the gorgeous and interesting walking promenade at the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom adequate. All in all, an excellent choice for our prince range. The closet was so poorly designed as to make its use very inconvenient. We could not figure out the use of the safe, so we did not have access to it. |
