The staff were superb - nothing was too much trouble. And they enjoyed their job and shared that with the guests. It was a real pleasure just to stop by the desk and say Ola. Excellent location for exploring the city.

The coffee shop decor/furnishings seem a little tacky compared to the rest of the hotel. There is a cracked wall by the fire extinguisher(!) and the tables/chairs suggest a downmarket cafe. A little refurbishment would make it present better.

Helpful Staff. Good location

Pool and spa closed during our stay with no advance notice. Bar and snack closed at weekend.

the convenience of access to local transport

the room had a desk in front of a small window and the curtains remained closed all the time as the view was onto the rear yard of some old buildings so natural light got into the room

Os empregados são muito simpáticos e profissionais e a localização , não sendo na zona antiga da cidade, é boa e com bom acesso para quem chegue de automóvel. As camas do meu quarto (204) tinham colchões muito usados e de má qualidade .

A banheira não tinha pegas de segurança. Se alguem se desiquilibrar não tem onde se agarrar. É perigoso !!

Desayunos. Calle sin ruidos. Proximidad del centro. Proximidad de la estación (autobús + tren) que permite viajar comodamente por toda la isla. Simpatía del personal.

le hôtel en centre ville dans une rue calme, prés de la navette de bus vers l'aéroport, des musées, des magasins. Chambre comfortable, petit dejeuner complet et varié

駅･バスターミナルに近く便利。市内観光地からは少し離れている。スパが観光で疲れた体を癒してくれて良かった。朝食も充実していた。カフェテリアのコーヒーがとても美味しかった。

ジャグジーバスの管理が不十分で水が少しきたなかった。
