Great location, only a short walk to the plaza's, cafes etc. Great little cafe on the top floor, very convenient car parking. It is on a main road, so can be quite noisy in the mornings. |

The hotel is very central, close to shops. Alhambra is only a few minutes away, on bus. The single room was on the small side (although when I moved into a double room when partner came, this was much bigger). |

The desk staff were very helpful and the gentleman spoke good English and told me how to get to the Autobus Station very clearly. |

Very nice staff who very helpful. Clean, close to main part of the city, comfortable, felt safe there, downstairs lounge, wifi in all the rooms. Would recommend and stay there again. We could not get the air conditioning to work but it was a cool night so we left our windows open. Because the hotel was all tile and small courtyards it echoed lots of sounds. They did not keep us awake, as we were very tired, but it was annoying to hear. |

Front desk staff are very helpful. Cafeteria is handy and good value. Central location AirCond is either ON or OFF; temperature control exists but does not function |

It is an old style hotel with a modern touch. There is a free computer/internet access. Good value for money, perfect location, nice service. |

The location was great - near absolutely everything. The rooms were kept very clean and the front desk was always helpful. Having access to the internet in the lobby was a bonus. The only window in the room was covered in a metal blind that you couldn't open, making the room feel a little dungeon-like. |

The location was good with easy access to all the sights. Public transportation was right outside the door. Staff were courteous and helpful. Although the halls were carpeted, the noise through them travelled easily into the rooms. I recommend rubber stripping around the doors to help isolate the noise. The room window opened into a ventilation shaft which had the same issue of noise if the window was left opened, and I'm not a light sleeper. |

Lo que más me ha gustado del hotel es la localización dentro de la ciudad de Granada, el servicio y atención del personal del hotel y la relación calidad-precio. No hay nada que me haya desgustado. |

El hotel está recién reformado. Además disponen de internet gratuito para los clientes.El personal es atento y eficiente. Se hecha de menos un desayuno-buffet. Lo pero son las paredes de las habitaciones, parece que tengas a los vecinos metidos en la habitación (no es una exageración) |
