Hotel très bien situé en centre ville de Valence. Design moderne et fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner sympa et chambre très spacieuse pour une famille. Douche spa assez vieillissante dans notre chambre |

La situtation excellente de l'hôtel, le personnel, la qualité de la literie, l'accès Internet, la décoration design, la mise à disposition gratuite de vélo pour découvrir la ville. Vue de la chambre sur un immeuble en rénovation et donc en chantier, mauvaise odeur sortant des canalisations, le petit-déjeuner non inclus et trop cher (donc pris en ville) |

Bonne situation avec pc portable dans la chambre mais sans parking. Chambre assez petite, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre pour une chambre non fumeur.Douche hydromassante fonctionnait très mal.Un peu déçu par l'hotel. |

Gentillesse et prévenance du personnel Les photos des chambres et des locaux sont mieux que la réalité +++ Couloirs défraîchis, peinture arrachée. Ce serait bien de finir la décoration de l'hôtel car ça ne correspond pas exactement à 3 étoiles fraçaises... |

Excellente situation géographique. Situé en plein coeur du centre historique de valence, à quelques minutes de chaques monuments. Personnel peu serviable, chambre petite et pas propre. |

friendly and helpful staff. location excellent. Room comfortable . Hotel looked very smart and up to date but design layout of our bathroom very poor .Very difficult to get out of shower as so little room to move ,with wasted space around sink Could have designed it better . |

Convenient City centre hotel. Well located for sights and coast. Near to metrolink system for easy access to airport and beach. Breakfast not as good as expected. Fairly average and not the speciality as described. |

The hotel is in a good and quite location in the center of the city. All rooms are equipped with notebooks and free internet access which is very useful. The cost/performance ratio is excellent. |

Overall a very comfortable hotel on a super central location, with a massage-douche, a laptop and internet in every room... and a good choice of breakfast, including fresh fruit. Beds were quite hard; no problem for me but the more for my mother, who is 73 and has a back problem. |

I loved its proximity to old city and plazas.it is in walking distance to great restaurantes and bars and within easy reach of excellent transport system. The room was rather small with little wardrobe space.i would have liked a little of the old character of the building to have been kept. |

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Really appreciated the laptop and free internet access in the room. The bathrooms are not very private - glazed doors not a good idea! Also the shower is very complicated to operate - and the instructions are in the wrong place (can't be read from inside the shower). |

The room was a bit small and on the night of our last stay the roof in the bahroom started leaking terribly through the ceiling light and we had to call to be relocated but were not reimuburst any money. The shower leaked and was of poor design. |

when we arrived at the hotel there was work going on next to our room involving drilling loud noise and dust, luckily we were going out immediately. If we wanted to rest it would have been impossiblle. Reception desk did not inform us of this work. The work involved the blocking of an emergency exit !! Other thn this incident we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return |

Excellent location, right in the city centre. The rooms were quiet which is unusual for a Spanish city! Clean, well equipped, modern designed rooms. Laptop in the room was good. Full buffet breakfast was also good. Excellent quality bunk beds in the quad room. The door sensor in the lift was not working which meant the lift doors forcefully closed regardless of whether people were entering or exiting. Aircon in the lift was also faulty. |

The easy access to the city centre; the very friendly and helpful staff at the reception! no parking facilities; the warm breakfast buffet was practically empty every single day even though we always arrived 1-1.5 hours prior to closing! |
