Our room was large, th bed was very big and comfortable, excellent bathroom and very good, fresh buffet breakfast. Excellent value. |

The location is OK if you take under consideration the price that the hotels in the center ask for the room. Very cheap hotel for 4 stars! Clean, quite, comfortable. After 22:00 you need taxi to reach it because busses stop at that time. From the center that is 7euros. Not so much like UK or north Europe |

A very modern hotel ,with large bedrooms, very comfortable beds and an excellent bathrooms with all the necessary toileteries. The restaurant was closed for meals on sundays. |

Very clean, good price, ( which was discounted), good room size, very quiet, no room facilities to make drinks in the room, cost of car parking, not quite as close to the city centre as i would have liked |

Friendly comfortable hotel convenient for both city and beach trip. We enjoyed the breakfasts and found the food not too expensive either in the bar or restaurant. |

The hotel was good but the toilet was dirty and the shower soap was empty. The Cleaner immediately cleaned the toilet after a call. The towels were not entirely clean. The location is not very good but ok. It is hard to get there by subway. There is no free internet, which I find very bad! |

I liked that the room and the bathroom were spacious. Also, the breakfast buffet was good with fruits, pastries, cheeses, meats and varied drinks. Our son liked the waiter of the hotel restaurant, Najim, very much, so we ate there twice. It is not a new hotel so the carpet of our room had spill marks and felt a little dirty. The toilet had some smell of urine from the moment we entered the room, and the bathroom walls around the bathtub had some soap/water sediments. A little disappointing not to find good restaurants in this area. |

the friendliness of the stuff and the location only a few minutes walk from the City of Arts and Sciences and very close to an area with lovely bars for a nice night out!!! |

Our stay was so comfortable. Its location is so good: it is easy to reach the city center and there are very nice places not far from the hotel, for instance the oceanographic. I expected more vegetables in the breakfast. |

This was a great hotel and the location made it even better. Yes it was a walk to the beach and the city centre but you could walk to both locations, probably a 30 minute gentle stroll. There was a Metro station fairly close by (10 minute walk) so you could get to the main attractions by Metro if you'd prefer and very easy for getting to and from the airport. The only thing I would say could have been improved was the wifi in the hotel, it was available but at extra cost and it was fairly costly. Most hotels offer free wifi, I think this hotel should too. |

Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. |

I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience. I could not fault anything in the hotel |

Situation moyenne mais prix intéressant. Toutefois notre chambre était surchauffée et il était impossible de baisser le chauffage (en fait le radiateur de la salle de bain était bien trop chaud en il ne peut être coupé). La clim étant bien trop faible nous avons du dormir fenêtres ouvertes sur une avenue assez passante. Nous avons signalé ce problème, sans solution ... Sinon chambre spacieuse, correcte et literie confortable. |

La habitacion era muy espaciosa, una cama inmensa y super comoda, dormimos muy bien, todo el equipamiento del lavabo muy completo y la limpieza muy correcta. Su ubicacion esta bien aunque no este en el centro. El personal de recepcion podria mejorar.Reportamos una averia en en cuarto de baño y no recibimos ninguna atencion. |
