Good location, stylish modern hotel. Excellent breakfast and on site parking. Good value. Free Wifi did not work properly and should have been sorted. Were offered free Wifi for 1 hour in room to compensate. Normal price 6.50Euros per hour which is way too expensive! |

Ce que j'ai apprécié durant mon séjour à l'hôtel AC Valencia fût la disponibilité du personnel, les transports en face de l'hôtel, les services de proximité (supermarché, pharmacie) et le mini-bar gratuit. Que le personnel ne parle pas tous un minimum anglais et que les femmes de chambres entrent dans les chambres tôt le matin, alors que nous dormons encore. |

La atención de los empleados, y que nos dejaron quedarnos un poco más de las 12 horas, que habia que dejar el hotel. Las vistas de la habitación, no se podia ver la Ciudad de las Ciencias, aunque estaba cerca. |

Esta muy bien situado, cerca de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, si tu idea es ir a visitar el oceanografico y aquella zona puedes desplazarte dando un paseo. La decoración es moderna y en general la estancia ha sido agradable. Los precios del servicio de habitaciones..15 euros por una hamburguesa..sin comentarios.. |

La limpieza, lo amplio que es el cuarto de baño, el detalle del minibar gratuito y la situación que tiene, a 10 min. andando de la Ciudad de las Ciencias y a 5min de un enorme centro comercial nuevo. El cuarto de baño no disponía de bidé. También que pedimos una cama supletoria y con esto apenas quedaba sitio para moverse en la habitación. |

De meertaligheid (!), de vlotheid en de correctheid van het personeel ten opzichte van de hotelgasten. Ook de gratis minibar, die elke dag werd aangevuld, kon ons bekoren. Alle delen van het hotel zijn duidelijk weergeven met bordjes ("wegwijzers") en gemakkelijk te bereiken. |

Le minibar gratuit pratique pour se désaltérer. Les chambres plutôt spaciauses. Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans une chambre, nous avons été changé de chambre mais à part ça aucun geste commercial et le chef de la réception nous a presuqe répondu que c'était normal parce qu'il faisait chaud ! Un peu limite à notre goût pour un hotel quatre étoiles. |

La comodidad, su limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, la cercanía al Museo de las Ciencias ( andando ), la posibilidad de coger el autobús para ir al centro ( frente al hotel, nº 19 ), habitaciones amplias. En resumen, muy apto para nosotros y nuestro hijo que se encontraba muy comodo. Hubiera preferido un precio más económico en el bar, antes que el minibar gratis. Les tiene que salir mas a cuenta que reponer todos los dias las bebidas. |
