This is a small charming hotel on a small side street at the edge of the old town. Attention has been given to the cozy decor. Our room was of adequate size and quiet. There was a periodic offensive smell in the bathroom. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, so museums and other sights are a 10 minute walk away. There is a restaurant in the hotel which was closed during our stay, so we had to walk several blocks to find food, services, etc. |

Restraunteur was delightfully friendly. Meal excellent but v. expensive and breakfast too expensive.. Noise from other rooms especially above! No parking. |

The hotel rooms were charming, with tall ceilings and a tasteful renovation. Staff was ok (albeit not really friendly), and the location was decent but not excellent (it was on a side street, a 15-min walk from the Cathedral). The price we paid was quite expensive. |

Ideal location in quiet side street,only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral. Staff friendly and helpful, would definately recommend hotel and will probably use it again ourselves when we return to this beautiful clean city. Cannot comment on quality of breakfast as thought it was over-priced so we dined elsewhere. |

The location was perfect in the heart of the old part of the city. The room was beautiful and had a very cosy feel to it with the old brickwork visible etc. It was a very comfortable stay. |

Camera confortevole, spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. Bagno ampio e molto pulito. Non c'è frigo in camera. L'hotel accetta animali, ma non specifica da nessuna parte che non sono ammessi nel ristorante per cene e colazioni. Valencia è "molto particolare" per quanto riguarda gli animali, (non sono ammessi sui bus, in taxi, in metro, nei ristoranti), e chi viene da altre nazioni non può immaginare la realtà della zona, (unica, per esperienza diretta, in tutta la Spagna) |

La struttura e gli arredi sono molto particolari nè classici nè designer estremo, direi arcaici ma nello stesso tempo caldi.Il personale molto gentile e disponibili. L'ubicazione eccezionale per visitare la città in una zona carina e tranquilla. Nelle camere non c'è frigo bar ma tutte le sere lasciano in camera gratuitamente una bottiglia di acqua minerale La finestra della mia stanza dava in un lucernaio e se stavo con le tende aperte vedevo altri ospiti nelle camere di fronte a letto, ma non è stato un grosso problema. |

Vicinanza centro Per il costo che ha dovrebbe proporre una colazione più variata e meno scialba, prosciutto e formaggio inguardabili tenuti all'aperto, meglio andare in un bar! Anche la pulizia degli ambienti lascia molto a desiderare, è tutto molto stantio, tende sporche, tappeti mai puliti. Non è poi tanto hotel boutique! Solo comodo e vicinissimo alla cattedrale. |
