Very nice location, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, relaxed environment, beautifull garden. Altough the weather was very nice and inviting, the outdoor pool was closed. The hotel restaurant opened very late: 20:30h. |

The rooms were great and the location right on the beach. There was a great variety for breakfast. The lunch and dinner were expensive and not too good. |

Really fab - amazing hotel and great spa with super location on the beach! no - but make sure you allow enough time to use the facilities as there are loads to do - tennis, pool, spa, gym, etc... |

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and competent staff, wonderful scenery right in front of the sea. The gym could be a little bit better equipped but in general good. |

Great location, helpful staff, lovely clean, modern hotel No ironing board, they would not bring one to your room but instead take away your ironing - it cost me £18 to have two small items express ironed (one didn't even cost me that much to buy!) - complete rip off. I spent the rest of the holiday looking crumpled!! On the same principle no tea/coffee facilities in the room. |

the adult only swimming pool - brilliant - quiet and relaxed over 8 euros for two tiny coffees by the pool!!! no waiter service, no pot of coffee, average cafe china and no biscuit - means it shouldnt have cost that much. |

The hotel was stunning, with a good beachfront location. The room was excellent with a large terrace and wonderful view of the beach. The room with a view comes at a premium price. I would doubt if a standard room is worth the money. It is a little out of town, although there is plenty to do in the area. |

Located just in front of very beautiful beach. Perfect feeling of pleasant and luxury all through our stay in an excellent room with bathtub, especially thanks to professional hotel staff! nothing. |

This is a well-run hotel. The staff were excellent, as is the location. We very much enjoyed our stay. 1) We would recommend that a laminated running/jogging map be produced for inclusion in all guest rooms (in a hotel in Hong Kong this was available in the outline form of a running shoe - maybe Nike or Addidas would be happy to sponsor!). 2) A small soap dish in each bathroom would be helpful. |

The hotel is nearby the beach, you just need to take few mins walk to there... and then the swimming pool is large enough. the view from swimming pool because you can not see the beach during swimming,, |

Hotel was very pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Amenities in the rooms and hotel generally were very good. We were only there one night but would definitely go again and for longer. Beach situation was great and so close to the city as well. |

True luxury, our room (on the first floor) had a terrace approx 18'x12'!Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, who all spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Just a stroll through the hotel gardens to the promenade and beach, perfect. |

Exellent staff!! Almost American 5* attitude. Orange juice recommenced in the glass like by the flap of magic wand. Nice pool! Parking is very expensive despite of the fact that it is in the hotel's building. Business is business.... |

Thank you for our good vacation, you made our days wonderfully. That was our second time in Las Arenas and that was perfect. Rooms are great, pool is very very nice. We actually recommend this hotel for people who wanted relaxing and spend the best time, without thinking of any problems! Thank you for posted my comment on first page! We will back again to Las Arenas. All was good, only one, I dont like the prices for SPA. It can be not so expensive for hotel guests. |

Location, rooms, pool, very clean. The price for food and drinks are far higher than a similar standard hotel in London /Paris or Rome.Reduce your prices that will increase your turnover + help to motivate your bar staff, who need lessons on how to smile. And reduce your foya staff to many doing nothing and pass the reduction on to the guests |
