Wij hebben erg genoten van dit hotel. Goede ligging tov oude centrum, gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de bus! Super ontbijt!!! Fijn dat je je auto de hele dag kan laten staan in de garage, ook al heb je moete uitchecken! Spijtig dat je moet bijbetalen om een zicht langs voor te hebben |

Vriendelijk personeel, van zodra de onthaalbediende vernam dat we Nederlandstalig waren, werden verder geholpen in het Nederlands. Kamers en hotel zijn heel proper. Ook uitstekende liggen t.o.v. nieuw gedeelte van Valencia De spa center was tijdens ons verblijf in juli 2009 gesloten wegens onderhoudswerken. |

ideaal voor citytrips; vlakbij "the city of art and science", goede busverbinding naar de stad toe, alsook naar de haven en strand. de kamers zijn niet zeer groot, echter wel zeer praktisch ingericht. |

Ik ben al meerdere malen in dit hotel verbleven. De ervaring wordt steeds slechter. Het lijkt wel of ze geen geld uitgeven aan onderhoud en verzorging. Mijn collega heeft zelfs meerdere beestjes op de grond aangetroffen. Bij mij op de kamer werkte bepaalde lampen niet waardoor ik alle lampen met de hoofdschakelaar moest uitzetten. |

de ligging om het moderne deel van Valencia te bezoeken . daar het met de airco alleen mogelijk was de kamer op te warmen(in de winter) en niet te koelen was het resultaat een zeer warme en ongezonde kamer om de nacht in door te brengen..... |

De locatie van dit hotel is uitstekend. Zowel oude stad als ciudad de las ciencias te voet bereikbaar. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De garage onder het hotel is krap maar vol- doende. Het ontbijtbuffet is overdadig en de styling van het hotel is modern-chic. Helaas nogal wat minpuntjes. De geboekte kamer was aan de saaie achterkant. Verhuizen naar het mooie uitzicht tegen bijbetaling. Zelfs in de winter was de kamer wat benauwd en het raam kan alleen door een kamermeisje geopend/gesloten worden. Midden in de nacht waaiden we bijna uit bed. |

Very good situated - near all these famous futuristic buildings of Valencia. Very bad stuff - mixed up the type of the room, couldn't even type my name correctly! |

friendly and helpful staff. Good location between the city and the beach the hotel was fine altho' there were a couple of minor faults with the room where things such as the toilet roll holder could have been fixed and the glass door to the toilet was very noisy when opened |

We were busy sight-seeing and also left very early in the morning for the Tomatina, but enjoyed our stay very much. The room had a spectacular view and was pleasantly air-conditioned with an overly large bed which ensured a restful sleep for a weary traveller. The reception staff were friendly and pleasant and understood our broken Spanish. The hotel is especially recommended for its fantastic location just opposite the Museum of Arts and Sciences with a bus stop just outside for the 10 minute trip into the city. I much preferred this as the Museums are all accessible on foot and the peace and quiet offered at the hotel is very welcome after a day as a tourist or businessman ! Only very personal things. I think it would be better described as a business hotel with a very sleek but functional and plain lobby. The front desk was particularly tall (chest height) which felt immediately formal and official (like presenting your passport at Customs!). This maybe for staff security but I feel that the checking in experience would be much nicer for the guest if there were a much lower check in desk (especially for older folk) and the lobby itself had a little more character, maybe even large indoor plants as part of the decor, or some stone or wood here and there - an entirely black and silver designed area does not have a comfortable feel for me. Apart from that, I have no complaints. |

Near the new zone of Valencia: The wonderfull stylish new buildings and nice shopping centers (aqua, El Corte Ingles). It's about 10 minutes by bus from the city center. |

Excellent for visit City of Arts and Sciences, maybe to far for cyty centre Check in : within 14,00 - 18,00. I arrived at 14,30 and the room was not ready due to many others on Check out. They have to revise elevator reservation (up-down / down-up) |

The location, design and amenities of the the hotel was great. Breakfast lounge was spacious and breakfast variety was good. Realised that one has to pay extra 12 euros for rooms with windows facing the City of Arts & Sciences. The on site parking costs 17 euros per day and not 14.98 euros as published on booking.com. Also, our comforter did not have sheets on the 1st night. |

The rooms were clean an adequate size and they were comfotrable. This hotel in convenient to shopping and the beach and bus stops are right outside the door. Internet charges were high . |

Lot's of space, nice decor. The taps in the bathroom were pointlessly complicated. The universal TV remote kept needing to be reset so that it would work with the TV in the room. |
