reception was excellent with english spoken and advice on touring the city given up front. Restaurant was very good with buffet and set evening meal. Movie information in the room sugests that upon one payment you can watch for 24 hours which is true but only the same film !!! A bar meal in the piano bar [ no pianist ] came with the burger still hanging on to its paper wrapper which I discovered too late. |

The personnel were very nice especially the 2 ladies at the reception desk. The DND sign was respected by the chambermaid and only service the room when removed. You need to book a superior room as the standard room are rather poor. Also a higher floor will be better to avoid noise from the street. The swimming pool closes on the 1st of October, altough weather still very hot 28 celsius |

The room was very clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing...the milk labelled cold for cereals was not cold but room temperature, the milk labelled hot for coffee was not hot but warm. The streaky bacon was cooked with the rind on. The scrambled egg was clearly made from a powder not real eggs and no baked beans, but hey we are in Spain, even though on this weekend there was a high percentage of British residents. |

A positive experience with staff performance generally good. A problem with travel did not allow me to arrive for the first day booked, for which the hotel charged a penalty in excess of 1 days' stay, despite the notification arriving with them between 14-15:00 on the day, form both booking.com and myself. The policy is very restrictive and somewhat harsh, however some discount was allowed on the price of staying some further days. |

Reception staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel and room was clean and met our requirements. Would have been better if wifi internet was free like most other hotels. |

Location excellent as a base for exploring the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Good price for the room. Pool on roof excellent. Very basic (although was very clean) for the rating given but based on price - well worth it. |

A good base to walk to the old town, and situated next to a major shopping centre. All the facilities of a 4* hotel The room was a little tired - had obviously been more luxurious. Nothing major wrong with it, just wear and tear and slightly dated style in our room. Parking is expensive. |

Right next to the shopping mall El Corte Ingles with loads of shops and some fast food outlets. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town. I managed to park outside the hotel, although there is a big car park for the mall close by. A very good hot/cold buffet breakfast on offer at 8 euros. Recommended. |

It is comfortable, clean and well located, near the metro & historical centre. The bathroom needs re-modernizing. |

The hotel is located 5 min away on foot from the Old Town, next to Turia park perfect for jogging, biking and doing sports in general. They speak several languages, even Russian and Dutch. The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. A great shopping center just next door. Terrible sound isolation, the walls and doors are so thin that I could hear every word in the corridor or rooms next to mine. |

Pool and bar on the roof was good. Beds were big. We had a triple which meant our son could sleep on the sofa/bed which was fine. Would stay here again. Bit of a walk to town but we had a car so did not matter. Great shopping centre behind hotel. Free parking opposite side of main road in front of hotel. Don't forget to pay the gorillas 1 euro or you get your car scratched. Dirty towels |

Good location within walking distance to the old city and with a metro station by the door of the hotel. Next to a big shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. The swimming pool was lovely. The room was too noisy due to proximity to the main road. There were no umbrellas by swimming pool. |

Hotel close to downtown, helpful staff, nice swimming pool at the top of the hotel. The room was clean and big. I think they should renovate the hotel, but for the price we payed was really good. They don´t have a private parking, we had to park at a public parking nearby. It is possible to park in the street for free. |

Loved visiting the beach and shopping in Nuevo Centre. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Air conditioning did not work in some of the rooms. The food wasn't as good as expected. |
