The location was very good, a walking distance from the historic center. Easy to find when driving, parking available. Nice rooms. |

This hotel was in a reasonable position close to bus routes into the city centre, about 2km's away. Very efficient and clean, all in all a good hotel Could have done with a swimming pool, there was a spa ajoined to the hotel but not a swimming pool. |

I like very much the room (was very cleanly), the personal was kind and the hotel wasn't so far from the centre (10-15 min walk). |

Fantastic value. The hotel and the room were very nice--we just thought we booked a regular room, but it ended up being a spacious 2-room suite. The staff was particularly nice and helpful. Thanks very much for a great stay! The location is not terrible, but it is not great. It is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station (the shorter 15-minute walk a bit sketchy, the 20-minute longer walk was better), in the opposite direction of the city center. That said, we could still walk to the city center and train station without a problem. |

The rooms and beds were very comfortable with modern amenities. The location was close to the train station with grocery stores near by. Most of the staff were not particularly helpful and could not answer basic questions about Valencia or the hotel (for example, the front reception could not tell me how much the hotel breakfast was). |

The decor in the hotel & room was nice No bar or food. Stain on the bedspread which i did not bother informing the hotel about as we were travelling for 12 hours at that point and just wanted to sleep without the hassle of changing rooms. It was a shame really as the room was lovely otherwise. |

Convenient to the city centre, but in a quiet area. Close to train station. It took only 15 to 20 minuteds to walk to the station, then across the road and you wre in the inner city. Staff friendly and attentive. Room spacious. |

Large rooms, large bed, bathroom, free Internet, free sauna and gym. We didn't want to drink tap water and there was only a little water in the minibar that was very expensive. The room service was closed and ordering pizza was the only option for food in the room. |

Staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed about Valencia while there. Carpark is a public car park and not of the Hotel, and is a bit expensive considering. |

The free WiFi, though it would get slow if many users were using it.In general, the hotel was comfortable, calm and clean. It's location. Not close to any major metro. 15 min walk to estacion del nord or take a bus. No major attraction nearby. Breakfast was a bit expensive. |

Las habitaciones son confortables y amplias,y en general todas las instalaciones del hotel son buenas. En el baño no hay complementos,sólo una pastilla de jabón. En los alrededores no hay nada interesante y muy poca oferta de restaurantes y cafeterias. |

Buena atencion por parte de la recepción. Además me encantaron los detalles que tuvieron dejando diversos amenities, las zapatilas y la bata. Seguid así porque esto os diferencia de la competencia. Se podria mejorar mucho mas la limpieza del water |

La relacción calidad precio es buena y la situacion también a 15 minutos del centro (más o menos) caminando Nos dieron habitación para fumadores y el olor era insoportable al entrar abrimos la ventana y la tuvimos que dejar abierta durante la noche. En el cuarto de baño sólo había una pastillita de jabón y secador, para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas me parece poco. Y había un olor a tuberias bastante desagradable, por lo menos en la quinta planta, que fué donde estuvimos nosotros. |

La ubicación del hotel, bien comunicado. Hay un olor en el hall y pasillos. Mi habitacion no fumador olia a tabaco. |
