I was very impressed with the hotel overall. Staff were very nice and the facilities were more than adequate. The room rate was very reasonable. I would definitely come back if I happen to visit Valencia again. |

The staff were very good and the rooms were fantastic hotel restaurant was expensive for the meal quality, and location a little far out, though plenty of public transport was easy and close to the hotel |

The staff. The breakfast. The room was not to Hilton standard for cleanliness, crumbs on the lounger seats. The minibar was appalling with rotten olives and old fuit in the fridge. It was sticky in there too! In fairness Paco sorted the situation for us. Please thank him. |

the helpfulness and friendlyness of the staff. The toilet had a leak,toiletries were not complete in the bathroom(not even soap to wash our hands).The prices in the bar are absolutley outragous(a single shot of whiskey is the same price as a bottle bought retail. |

Service was excellent, prompt and multilingual. Buffet breakfast was remarkably complete. Views of the surrounding area were fantastic. The tap water had a distinctly salty taste that was not the best, and the hotel is not very close to the city center. |

Nice pleasant hotel. Staff were excellent with very good interpersonal and communication skills. Food was good. We would say the hotel is more suited for corporate / business trips rather than family holiday trips. Distance from city centre - purpose of our trip was to holiday, see the city, do some shopping and relax. Whilst tour bus passed by the hotel and was very good it would have been helpful if there was a free shuttle-bus service into the city centre, as taxis in and out proved expensive. An area to relax, with an outdoor pool, would also be nice. Hotel rate was very expensive, particularly as breakfast was an add-on cost. |

great internet (fixed terminal), printing & telephone charges were extremely expensive. They were no way within reason and is like the way ryainair put you on a flight and rip you off for everything apart from the seat ticket. |

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Hilton Valencia. The room was very quiet. The bed was huge and very comfortable, just like home. The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced in Spain. In addition, it is not very far from the center. The parking is quite expensive for its location. |

The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a great location downtown. Also, the breakfast is wonderful. Wish the business center was open on Saturday for use. Also, there is not an airport shuttle, which was one of the criteria I selected when searching for a hotel. |

We went for our wedding anniversary to particularly use the Spa and general 5* facilities. The Spa was excellent although the particular treatments were very expensive but very good. It was our wedding anniversary and we expected to dine on the night in 5* luxury. Imagine our disappointment to find that the 5* bice restaurant was closed for July and August. We did not know this in advance and would not have booked this hotel had we known that there were limited eating facilities. I informed the hotel staff of this problem and one of them recommended and booked a restaurant in Valencia for us, very good. On checking out I reiterated my complaint and was informed that had I told them it was our anniversary we would have had special treatment, as I had informed them two days previous this was a trifle gauling. Not good public relations, very poor. |

Hilton Valencia was really awesome. All the facilities and interior was fully renovated, new, luxurious and classy. Hotel staffs are fluent at English and super kind. I'll stay at Hilton again. |
